This company would get 0 stars if allowed . They originally gave my ETA time as 1 hour . They then changed the time from one hour to ETA of two hours . Mind you this is without notice or an alert . I had to call AAA myself to find out why they hadn't arrived yet. By the second hour passing I had to make another call to AAA they then said they needed an additional thirty minutes . Once again no alerts or heads up . My husband is still waiting for them because I had to take my disabled Mother home . Going on three hours now. They don’t even answer their company line . It’s very unprofessional, wouldn’t recommend them at all. Sad part is they are located in Seale, AL and I’m right down the street in Fort Mitchell .

Called my insurance to get a tow, got a text message giving me a 75 minute to 85 minute eta. Waited an hour and called to check eta and was told they don't service opelika alabama but they didn't think to call the person waiting on them to let them know anything

This towing company is the worst. I call for a tow truck at 10:45 am . i call back after 90mins. Dispatcher states they didn't have a tow schedule for me , but I receive a text message for the service 1 mins after it was scheduled. Call back several times and was not able to reach anyone. My calls went to voicemail immediately. Then I called my insurance company Allstate had to reach out to them. The drive finally call me at 1:33pm and states he is 7 mins from me. He didn't arrive until 2:45 pm. I will never use this company again

The guy picking up the car was very rude to us. He told me he couldnt find the address, Which was on the house. He later processed to mention he didnt know how to get the car in the raggedy drive way. I have reasons to believe he was under the influence. Wanted to call the police because he really made me feel as if I had to come help & find another way to get my cat towed.

I had an excellent experience. Locked keys in my car and called my insurance company. Locksmith came within 15 to 20 minutes. Kind and friendly. Thanks Cameron and the other guy whose name I didn't catch!! Superb job!!!?

Cameron was great only waited 15 minutes. I truly appreciated his quick response it kept me from being late for work. Would recommend him to everyone.

Cameron was very prompt and courteous when he came out to change our flat tire. It didn’t take him long to change it and he was very professional while doing it. I would highly recommend you ask for him if you ever use them. Thanks again Cameron

When my tire blew out on the highway, State Farm called Jumpstart to help. Jacob contacted me and came to help out ASAP. He informed me when he would arrive and told me of any delays as soon as they occurred. He was very personable and even followed me to the nearest gas station to ensure I was safe. If I am stranded again, I would be happy to call Jacob and Jumpstart again.

Thank you Jump Start for saving us from the scorching heat! My mom car die on us and we were stranded. It happened on a holiday and the time waiting was not long. Good and fast and respectful worker Cameron! A++++ Charlotte Irvin and Priscilla Jordan

Jacob was very helpful and was there to help in about 10 minutes! Got me back on the road and told me what I needed to do to insure I got to my destination without incident.

Jonathan only took about 15 minutes or less to come and help me and had my car started quickly. Highly recommend. Wish I could give him a thousand stars. He was there when I needed someone to assist me.

the gentleman who assisted us today went above and beyond the call of duty today while assisting our daughter with a flat tire.... he did not feel that the spare would safely get her back to the atlanta area so he plugged the tire, and made sure the tires were all properly filled before sending her on her way home... he was professional, kind, and completely went out of his way to ensure her safety! i would highly recommend their services... thank you so much for all your help today !!!!!

Quick and professional service. Got stuck in the middle of the road at night. It was raining and I had my two young kids with me. Jacob showed up quicker than the estimated time and got us on our way. Really appreciated the help.

I can't remember the guys name but he was great! I had to call Progressive for roadside assistance on 2 separate occasions for a flat tire and for locking my keys in the car and the response time was nothing short of impressive. Had to be less than 15 minutes for both. The guy was very professional and courteous and knew exactly what he was doing. I would definitely recommend them.

Jonathan was very helpful in assisting me! He came out to help me jump start my car. Though he was unsuccessful because it was my alternator, he let me sit in his car with the heat until a tow truck could come get me. He also gave me tips about my car which were very helpful. Definitely would refer this company to anyone. I only had to wait 30 minutes for service and the service was excellent ! Keep up the good work guys !

Highly impressed with Jacob. He came very quickly to fix a flat tire. Knew exactly what to do. He was very patient with me when I did not have a part needed to get the spare time down. Waiting for a friend to bring me the parts and happily changed the tire for me. Overall great service!

Jacob got my car running within seconds. I expected it to take longer. He's passionate about his job and doesn't mind waking up at 7 in the morning to make a long drive to Valley, AL.

I needed a jump (through my insurance roadside assistance program). The roadside technician (Jacob) was at my car within 15 minutes and had my car jumped immediately. Very Professional.

Jacob was very nice and professional. I made a mistake with the timing of when he was supposed to come help fix my flat tire. He waited 45 minutes outside on me and I didn’t even know. Later, I got a call and Jacob was willing to go out of his way to come back and help me. I expected him to be very frustrated with me because I had him waiting outside for so long, but he carried himself very maturely when he arrived and was extremely understanding. He was very generous and kind to come back out and help me. He impressed me so much that I decided to write this review, and I never write reviews.

What a blessing this company was for us. We ran out of gas just before getting to Georgia on Highway 80 and less than a minute after I'd gotten out of the car and started hiking to get a gas can to refuel, a driver in a tow truck for this company stopped and gave me a lift to the station. He said it wouldn't be a charge, but luckily I had a little cash on me since it was just after Christmas and my birthday so I could give him a little to cover the cost and pay him for his time and good deed. Thank you!

Had a really bad day ... had to call AAA and they dispatched Jump start towing . Driver Raymond was very professional and nice! Even gave his input to what the problem was when I described what happened. He was exactly right! So nice to have someone so polite and professional to talk to when you feel like you hit rock bottom. The service is very poor and I would never recommend this company to anyone. I locked my keys in my car, I called roadside and this company was sent to assist me. I got a call from the service guy he was very rude over the phone he called to verify my location and I told him where I was, I tried to give him a detail description of my location he then proceeded to say that was no help and hung up. He finally pulled up in my church parking lot in a unmarked car. After trying to unlock the door for 10 min he became very frustrated and irate he grabbed his tool and told me to get someone else bc he couldn't do it an jumped in his car and went speeding out of the parking lot. I will never recommend this company the service is poor..

My battery died and USAA sent JumpStart out to help me. I received a call from an employee to let me know someone was on the way, and not even ten minutes later they were at my location. The employees were very polite and helpful, and made this stressful situation stress-free!

On yesterday my insurance company had this company come out and pick up my car from my home. The car was supposed to deliver my car to a home with a shop in the back of it, however the driver delivered my car to a home that was not the address. The car was down the road from the address at someone else's home with my keys in it. After calling the company and speaking with Justin that was very rude to me stating that he did not pick my car up last night. I asked Justin to ask the owner to give me a call, and a lady called me stating that she was the owner (However she was not) she called me and was very RUDE. She was cursing at me and was very unprofessional. After telling her I was going to contact my insurance company and let them know how she had spoken to me. She stated that she did not care and that I could not threaten her by calling my insurance company. After hanging up the phone she called my phone back several of times to continue to curse me. After that her husband (the owner) called me back and he did apologize to me and was very nice to me. However, the damage was done with his wife and his employee. I have had other experiences with this company and I must say this was the first time that I have had an issue with them, but it was awful thanks to his wife.
