Make sure you and the cashier get a clear understanding of what you’re there to get. Maybe prices in writing if you must. Don’t spend 2 hrs pulling a part just to get to the front and hear “ oh, i thought you meant this part”. Before i started pulling it was a “guarantee $30-$40”. Just to find out they were $65ea. I politely removed the said items off my truck and exited the premises 😂. Wont get rich off me.

Tries to scam old people. Was told 400 on phone 80 yr old man gets there and they tell him 1200.. then lie and say they never gave you a price.

They are always friendly and have a vast selection of parts

This business is a godsend. My car is currently here, and when I say the communication is on point. I needed a motor, and they found me one for a great price. Not only that, the mechanic that works there is installing it for me. But what I really love is the mechanic took the time to look over my car to make sure that when he installed the motor, there was nothing that was going to hinder it from working. My car will ne ready soon an it's only been 2 weeks. Wish I would've found them sooner. I recommend all day every day!

Was close to closing time when I arrived. Wasn't an issue at all. Everyone from the counter to the fellas in the yard harvesting parts were all good spirited, friendly, and didn't hesitate to address any questions. Come in for 1 part, left with 3! They earned a customer today.

This is the fastest tow company that I have experienced in the Columbus area. Cameron was very attentive and had a great customer service. I had issues with requesting them again with my insurance at fault but I m saving their card for anything in the future.

I went for some parts off an obscure vehicle and it was the only place that could tell me off-hand if they had the vehicles I asked about that I knew my obscure vehicle shared parts with. This was also the only place that was a true junkyard and not a scrap yard that you could pull parts from. It showed with how they were careful while moving vehicles, unlike the other places I had previously visited while searching for parts. Once I was able to get to the vehicle to pull parts, Byrd, Cal (or Kyle, my hearing is bad), and Jesse were there to help and give advice while always staying professional. Between my two visits, this has been far and beyond the best, most professional, and helpful junkyard in the Phenix City and Columbus area that I have visited. Would recommend this place to everyone.

It use to be a great place ..now I was charged $55 dollars for 2 you bolts an blocks of a 1978 truck .. needles to say I left them there an ordered them of eBay for $19.95 an they were new just had to what on them ..ask for 2 wheels of a 2013 to 2016 doge 5 on 110 still or aluminum they said they didn't have nothing like that went up the hill an found two in less than 20 minutes..it's still a grate place if you can get past some of the lazy people there

My only grievance would be is the tow truck driver that took my car to their lot stole my phone holder on my dashboard. When he towed my car he charged the wrong price from what my insurance company had discussed with them. So he took my car to their lot, and I asked to pick up and got told they were closed because it's Sunday and it would cost extra for someone to come back to help me. So I came there Monday morning and realized that my cellphone holder was missing.The service from the guy at the front counter was great ( He had dark colored hair, glasses and thick bearded). He was professional and quickly got my payment handled. Another positive was Mr.Bird and Kyle. They assisted me in changing the tire and also where to go to get one since they didn't have my size.

Polite and helpful staff. Much bigger yard than expected; wear some good boots. Fair pricing and good selection of different vehicles.

I had an awesome experience they came to help and inquire what I was looking for immediately upon my arrival. They were very attentive to what I needed they took the time to take me around to four different cars until I found exactly what I wanted and needed and the price and my opinion can't be big I would recommend them to anyone in need of car parts or anything of that nature they get two thumbs up!!

One of the most busiest large wrecker service around Columbus and Phenix city is due to the fact that their drivers are on top of their game.and they are not try to get rich just trying to make a living

They were assigned to us by our insurance. It did take sometime for them to get out to us, but we were at home, so no rush. He was fast loading up my husbands truck. Even with our steep drive way.

My son called to see if they had a headlight for his dodge truck because his was cracked and moisture was causing the bulbs to blow. They said that one was available but would have to be pulled off a truck. They said they would pull it as soon as he paid for it so he paid with his debit card over the phone. When he got to the office to pick it up, it was cracked and broken just like the one he already had. He said he didn't need another broken light and asked that the money be credited back to his card. The man refused and told him "you get what you pay for." This man knew that nobody would have ever accepted that light if they had seen it before they paid for it. My son took the light and left. They better be glad they didn't pull that with me. I would have called the police and made a report and then reported it to the fraud division of my bank. Theft by deception.

I had a flat 3 hours from home, I had a spare, and a jack, but no tire tool. They got me back on the road in very little time despite how busy they were. What could have been a very bad day was turned into a wonderful experience. They were so genuinely kind. Thanks guys!

I highly recommend their towing service. Tim (drives the white truck) was extremely helpful after I had a tire blow out while driving. Unable to fix the tire on site due to a stripped lug nut, he drove me around to 3 different auto repair places until we found someone who could fix it. Thanks again Tim!

Young fella came all the way from AL to Miller Rd and Manchester Expwy in Columbus to change a tire for us on Sunday around midnight in the rain. Changed it like it was nothing and he was as nice as he could be. He got there in half the time quoted. I was very pleased with the service.

Wonderful beyond my hopes when calling for a tow on my way back home in Virginia. They didn't just care for my car. They cared for my whole family as we waited for a ride. My wife and six kids were so appreciative of their family approach to doing business.

Y'all this place is huge. First place my husband went to that actually had the types of stuff he was looking for. We (myself, hubs and 2 kids) walked through the entire place and while it was work for him, it was fun and interesting for us.

Faulks was used by my insurance company to tow our Subaru tonight and she was given and hour wait for arrival time. Within that hour they got to us, towed the car to her home, and had it dropped off and gone all within the hour. I didn’t get the name of the gentleman that towed the car, younger guy, but he was very quick and courteous. And I would recommend!

I'm a truck driver. I drove 996 miles in a rental pick-up in one night to get here to recover a truck. They helped me get all my stuff into the new truck and even had a guy give me a ride back after taking the rental to return it. Most helpful business I've ever dealt with.

My boyfriend was in a very bad wreck last Thursday afternoon and completely totaled our 04 Chevy Blazer. The transmission and motor was fine, blazer still turned on all the way, the only problem was the gear shifter was getting stuck from impact. I called Faulks 2 days after his wreck to see how much they would give me for the truck since i only had liability coverage and insurance would not pay out. Explained everything in detail to the man i talked with. He was very helpful, understanding and generous. He told me his prices and we agreed on everything. The only problem was he was on the way to vacation in Daytona and would be gone a week but directed me to another manager who would handle the situation. I called Faulks everyday for 5 days straight, I got cussed at, called out of my name, was told i was a liar, they were not wasting their time to come get my Blazer etc. One guy named Tobias had me in tears, it was very bad. We were told yesterday, Friday, that a manager would be in Saturday morning at 8am and everything would be set in place and smooth. We got to Faulks this morning after a hour drive. We were told managers do not come in until 12, it was 9am. Then a bigger black man got there and waited a hour to come outside and argue with me about how i was lying about the price, told me we better show him the Blazer cranks before he prints our check etc. A hour later a manager shows up, the black man is still arguing with my boyfriend telling him he wasn't paying us anything because the gear shifter was stuck. Mind you none of these men are authorized to make any purchase decisions or handle any of Faulks finances. The manager that showed up right at 12 shook my boyfriend's hand, told him everything we talked about was still on the table, we agreed again and left with our check. If Faulks does not replace their help, i promise you they will be closed for good, very soon. I've NEVER felt so humiliated in my life. I'll NEVER do business with this company again and I'll NEVER recommend ANYONE to use them for ANYTHING.

Service was kinda nonchalant, took too long to get my part (just a dipstick, not a lot of labor to pull) and costed more than it should have. On the bright side, they had exactly what I needed, so there's that.

Arrived earlier than expected to tow my car! We had a dead battery and couldn't jump it all morning so we called for a tow. The driver was so nice and let us know that my husband's jumper cables were bad, then he gave us a jump and got us on our way. Thank you!
