Chris came to me and my husband's rescue 9/25/25. My husband's truck wouldn't crank and we thought it was the battery, Chris stopped and offered to help. He was able to jump it off and he followed my husband 2 streets over to our neighborhood, before we made it, the truck stopped again and he towed the truck to our house. Chris is an amazing gentleman and we appreciate him and his professionalism! Bi-City, you have an awesome employee!

Mr. William / JR did an above and beyond job and provided excellent customer service from beginning to end! He made sure I was taken care of through towing in terrible weather lightning and rain and helped me get back into my car, towed my dead Tesla and jumped the battery , removed adapter that got stuck and towed to charger and made sure I got a resolution through and through. They do not make them like that anymore! He did everything with a smile, even made sure through the ride the A/C temperature was to my liking! Please give him a raise and recognition! Not many do what he does! Most people charge for services lacking the heart to heart empathy behind what they do. But he definitely went all out so 100/5 stars !!
I just wanted to share that this is the best towing service I have ever used. The staff is supper friendly (Marie) and they stay in contact with u throughout the process(even driver Luke). I used their service twice this month and both time were great. They have reasonable rates versus other places. I highly recommend Bi-City for your towing needs.
Really good company. My car broke down last week and Luke came out to give me a tow. He arrived quickly and got straight to business. Bi city had the best price out of everyone I called to give a quote on the towing and I just got my vehicle back today. I recommend everyone using them I’ve had many tows in this area and this is the best price I’ve had and the quickest delivery.
Kids had a tire blow out this morning on highway this morning called around from Google couldn't get anyone to answer anywhere 2 min later bi city called me right back and was able to help us get the kids vehicle back home. Chris was our driver and he went above and beyond for us. Friendly and professional. He knows what he's doing. Definitely recommend to anyone needing a tow.
Awesome folks to work with….my daughter broke down in Phenix City @ 11:30am yesterday coming back from Georgia to Panama City Florida. I drove up to get her. Trying to find a company that would go from Alabama to Florida was troublesome but had assistance from Buddy (JumpStart) told us about Bi-City. Victor, driver loaded her car on flatbed and also looked after the two of us as we drove home. Very thankful for their help.

They were so nice and very personable they were very quick with their time and I didn’t have to wait. They took good care of my car I will recommend them every time and they will be my first call if ever a tow is needed.
Driver was a smarta$$ and argued that he wasn't able to find us because we gave the wrong location. He swore he rode right by where we were and that we were not there and became argumentative, a few moments later he drove by without stopping. A complete fool of an employee. Didn't even stop to apologize and drove by. All of this on top of the fact that my father was just released from the hospital today after suffering a stroke. So this added stress was totally uncalled for. It's a great thing that the City Council loves to hear about these type of unprofessional companies that they employee under City contracts through the Police Department that cost thousands of dollars. This matter will spread like wildfire on the internet, good luck and Bye-bye Bi-City Towing, your new management has failed.

I want to give a big shout out to By-City Towing for their friendly, professional, and through service they provided me with… I highly recommend them. The girls in the office were super friendly and helpful, and the gentleman there, who gave me my money that was in my wrecked vehicle, along with all my other property they secured while they stored my vehicle!, I was not sure where my car was after my accident , and I was concerned if my valuable property in my car would be there when I went to pick it up a couple of days later! The crew their are AWESOME AND HONEST! Good Service guys!

I called to get a quote on towing and the guy answered the phone my son was crying in the background . He said “ Your background is killing me” and hung up the phone in my face. DO NOT RECOMMEND. That was rude and unprofessional.
Showed up in a reasonable time frame especially being later at night. Very nice and very professional. Great service all around will use them in the future and recommend them to everyone else.
Fast to the pickup, respectful and honest driver, and painless.... James was great. He kept it honest, short and respectful. He said 10 minutes, he meant it. While the previous tow company took 3 hrs and couldn't even figure out their tracking system. Anyways, back to James.
Towed truck & trailer less than 1/2mile $695.00 driver would not hook drive shaft because of liability. I don't think the rate was fair but if that's how they choose to do business so be it. I will not use. Bi-City towing again.

I ended up with flat tire off 431 coming through on my way to Atlanta. I was a lone traveler, and I had never dealt with a situation like this before. So I called the closet towing company and Brandon was such a great help! He took my car all the way to Walmart (unfortunately the auto shop was closed) and then back towards Columbus. I am obviously from out of town and not familiar with the area and knowing that, he took me directly to my hotel and made sure I undertstood what to do next! My nievtivity could have most definitely been taken advantage of and Brandon did quite the opposite! I felt safe and recommend Bi City Towing to anyone in the area!!
My air ride vehicle broke down so I contacted USAA for road side assistance an they sent Bi-city towing out. They arrive in the time frame given an the Tow truck driver James was very polite, understanding and very knowledgeable. I want to thank you guys for your services. Was in a major accident on a Sunday so they lot was closed of course. We lived out of town and were not able to make it back to Phx City til Tuesday and arrived 5 min til closing and they let us get our stuff out the car and helped us the best they could. Nice people especially the lady who runs the office.
