Very affordable for a last minute call . The driver was onsite with no problem . He waited around for my friend to get there with keys with no extra fee .not from here but happy I found them . I’ll definitely save the number for hard times

From the first call I made all the way to getting my vehicle towed was amazing! Ms. Beverly in the office was SO sweet along with the gentleman & lady that picked up my vehicle and took it to the mechanic for me. They kept me updated and responded swiftly, an AMAZING company !

Wimmers Wrecker Services inc towed me yesterday (Thursday August 29, 2024) from Phenix City to Columbus GA. The female dispatcher was thoughtful and sweet. I went inside a nearby store to cool off due to the heat. The dispatcher called when the driver arrived.
The male driver was dressed appropriate , clean cut, and extremely respectful. Another driver came to the drop off location to assist. The second driver was also respectful, clean cut, and dressed appropriate. Neither looked like a hot mess just going through the motions of towing vehicles. My issue was somewhat complicated. I rode with the driver to the drop off location. The interior of the vehicle was acceptable and overall clean.
The pricing was reasonable and fair. I expected to pay more with another driver showing up to assist the pickup driver. The company didn't charge me more. The exterior of both trucks were clean and eye catching.
The experience was great and well received considering the overall circumstances.
I rate them 5 stars for overall experience while taking care of me. They collectively made a horrible situation on a hot summer day not seem so bad. Meanwhile, the locksmith and dealer royally took advantage of my situation. (SheLiaG)
I got very friendly service when I came here as an insurance adjuster on a claim. I think this is one of the better run Towing facilities that I have had to deal with in my 38 years as an adjuster. They had properly protected the damaged vehicle. They had all the paperwork in order. And I could tell by looking around the yard that they took care of the vehicles in their care. If someone needed someone to pick up a vehicle after an accident, this would be a good choice. Miss Beverly was very helpful.
Wimmer's wasn't my first choice, but they are now! Scheduled a tow with another company 12+ hours in advance and they were a NO SHOW. Called Wimmer's and they said they could be there in about 30 minutes. They were there in 25! Towed me to my preferred shop in Opelika and was super nice and friendly. This company does what they say they will do. It was an early morning call, and they helped me out big time. Thank you Wimmer's!!!
Wimmers towed my vehicle after an accident, and I had left my wallet in the vehicle because I was worried about other things at the moment, but I called and their driver noticed my wallet and secured it in the vehicle for me. They earned my trust and they were easy to work with throughout the process.

I just used this company for the first time this morning for my daughter's car. I couldn't ask for better service. Called for a truck because of an emergency. The lady that answered the phone was so sweet, thoughtful and concerned. She told us do not get out the car. She was sending someone immediately! The guy was there less than five minutes. He shield my daughter and grandbaby from all the traffic that was coming really fast and put them in his truck. I thank God for them for their kindness and quick response. Wimmers are an A+ company and I will only be using them in the future. Very highly recommended!!

We reached out to Wimmers from Orlando to get my brother-in-law’s car towed to a repair shop. Chloe recommended we wait till after the holiday to have it towed to save on the towing cost. At our request, she recommended a repair shop. A quick google search showed great reviews that backed up her recommendation. We cannot speak highly enough of Chris at Wimmers!!! My boyfriend’s front tire blew out on his van as I was following him home in the middle of the night last night. Everyone that we called couldn’t come till morning. After trying everything we knew to do, we decided to just leave the van on the side of the road till morning, but knew what that might mean in terms of things going missing. THE EXACT MOMENT that my boyfriend closed the car door behind him to leave, I saw blinking lights behind us. Chris was in the area picking up a tow and was there at just the right minute to help us put on a spare tire. He was also so friendly and fun to talk to that he helped calm us both down. Called to have a broken down work van picked up and towed to my mechanic's shop late on a Friday afternoon. I was told that all their wreckers were in use at that time and it would be an approximate 2 hour wait for my van to be picked up. I wasn't wanting to wait and reluctantly called another service to pick the van up. The person I spoke to at Wimmer's was very courteous and apologized several times.Told them I understood and was glad that they had the business that afternoon and that I would call them when I had another vehicle that needed to be towed.
Had a truck stuck, called in for a recovery. Dispatch said 2 hour wait, driver arrived within 2 hours. Driver was courteous and obviously knowledgeable, recovered the truck without damage. Will use them again in the future!

I had a car I'm rescuing towed by Wimmers today. I knew I was going to be delayed getting to the car, but Dawn set me up so that the truck arrived just about the time I told her I'd be there!
Jeff towed my car. He was very careful about not doing any damage while pulling it onto his flatbed, chaining it down, and when he took it off. Both Dawn and Jeff represent the kind of people I want available when I need towing services, and they're just darned good people!!

These folks are amazing! Great customer service, super fast, super friendly, and amazing pricing!
