10/10 can not recommend this company enough. I broke down yesterday in Decatur,AL. A man name Jesse with AA showed up, and got my vehicle back running. They could have towed it for hundreds of dollars. The owner said they’d rather see it back on the road, than on the back of a tow truck. You can’t beat morals and integrity like that now days.
My son and Husband went to go fishing late in the evening. The hub broke on the boat trailer . We bought the hub to fix it but during us taking it off they lost one of the rings that keeps it on. By this time it is very late. We realize we are going to need it towed. We called this company. They were quick to respond and were very understanding of us. They did a great job of getting the trailer and boat home!
The response time was sooner than expected the driver Trevor was very nice and respectful and also took care of the vehicle I would absolutely use this wrecker service again and I would recommend it to anyone veryprofessional and the dispatcher Austin was super helpful all in all best wrecker service out there
Austin took my call, and was the absolute best person for the job. He was able to calm my panic and have a driver pick up and tow my SUV across Decatur all while I was in Huntsville over a 15 minute phone call. Austin and his driver, Mr Jesse are the only team I will be using for any future towing or wrecker needs.
Austin(owner) of AA Towing is my hero!! Very kind, helpful, PROFESSIONAL and went far out of his way to get my vehicle home to me after having a blowout and having to leave ol'B on the side of the highway. This guy is absolutely amazing!! The price, the service, and very helpful, he done everything he could possibly to to try to help us!! He even tried to help us not have to pay out of pocket before they towed the vehicle. Having to call a tow truck can be a stressful situation, he made what could have been a horrible situation into a pleasant one. I wish I could give him more than 5 stars!

Absolute gents, was stuck out waiting for Enterprise Rent-a-shart to come get me for 8-9 hours on the side of the highway when these beauties came and swept me up in their arms
Tried this wrecking service recently and was very pleased. Punctual and they would give you a heads up call when they were on the way. They were so good l had an issue with another vehicle and l called them again. Again great service, on time and did exactly what l wanted them to do. In fact the tech actually helped me get my car running where l could not, was very grateful for his help.
We called AA Wrecker Service when the serpentine belt went out on our car. It was almost 10pm, and they were very polite and responsive. If you're around the wider Decatur area and need a tow, we would definitely recommend these guys!
I want to say a HUGE Thank You to Russ, Trevor, Austin and Jesse. First for being kind and compassionate towards me and my family after my car accident, but also for being thorough and helping explain the process to me( probably multiple times because my brain was not retaining the information after my concussion). They never complained and always helped me with a smile. Even down to helping me when the insurance company I was working with tried to take advantage of me they helped me there too! I had a positive experience with the AA Wrecker Service, Russ & Jessie were extremely nice, had good communication skills, quick response time & compared to other areas their pricing I consider reasonable. They take pictures of your vehicle before moving onto the truck. I would recommend & added to my contacts just in case a need comes up; however, I told Jessie it is my hope I never need to call them. Good business.

Called to have my trucked towed for a suspected faulty starter. The dispatcher was very friendly and was able to get a truck out to me in about 10 minutes. When the driver, Trevor, arrived he was very friendly and offered to try jump starting my truck before having it towed to a shop. Jump starting it worked and he only charged me for the jump start. I'd recommend these guys 100%.
Russ and Tony were very helpful and kind in the time of defeat. Tony came quickly and promptly to pick up my truck and tow it to a Recommended repair shop by Russ. I felt in good hands and appreciate everything they did for me! Thank y’all so very much!

My son got stranded on 65 this evening in the rain and it was near dark. I initially called AA to request a tow and they told me honestly that a company out of Athens would probably be cheaper. I thanked them and started calling Athens places. I was having no luck and getting upset when AA called me to check that I had found someone. When I said I hadn't, they went right away and got my son and his truck off the interstate. He is a college student and was on his way home from Auburn. I really appreciate them going the extra mile to check back and make him feel at ease as well. I will recommend them to anyone and everyone in the future. Thanks again guys!

My car broke down on me I called and Jesse was sent to my rescue. He was very kind, helpful and polite. My phone had died he let me charge my phone on the drive to my destination. He also helped me unload and load my groceries and made sure I had a way home, offered to take me home if i didn't. Very thoughtful..... I appreciate you!

These guys were recommended to me by my local mechanic. The dispatcher was super helpful and actually gave me some advice on some things that might actually get my truck back running....that was greatly appreciated. I did have to call back and request the tow. The driver arrived fairly quickly and was super friendly and helpful. I'll definitely use these guys again if this old truck leaves me stranded again.
State Farm recommended them to help with some roadside assistance. They were great! Professional, friendly, quick and helpful! Trevor came to help me and he was so nice. He helped me right away and got my battery restarted. I would definitely recommend AA Wrecker Service!
