Awesome service really is,I called them super late at night, they got my car towed, left pictures, email reports they were super thorough and a very straightforward business. They even brought me to my car from the airport I highly recommend going to AA wrecker service.
The service was amazing. Austin was very nice, professional, and transported the car to a location that was open, as my first choice was closed, and no extra charge for this. They really helped me out in a time of need. Definitely will use in the future!
AA wrecker was great. Very nice phone service while I was in a very bad traffic situation. They were prompt arriving on site. My driver Trevor made the entire experience as good as it gets. I highly recommend this service. They earned a place in my contacts list!

I commute from Muscle Shoals to Huntsville. I had a blow out in Decatur. I had no idea who to call. I googled wrecker services in Decatur. They had a 5 star so that's who I called. I know why they have such a high rating. Austin went above & beyond to help!! While I was waiting for the wrecker, Austin was calling NTB to see if they had a tire that could get me home. I only waited 15 minutes for the truck. When I got to NTB they were waiting for me & I was in & out of there in 30 minutes & on my way home. AA towing definitely cares about helping people! I will definitely be calling them again if ever in need. I highly recommend!!! Thanks again Austin!!
Cannot recommend them enough, Austin and AA Wrecker were a pleasure to work with. I was stuck on the side of the interstate and the owner himself got in a truck to come get me so I wouldn't have to stay in an unsafe situation. Being a woman traveling alone, Austin was sure to make sure I was comfortable and even gave me a great recommendation for a mechanic. Hopefully I won't need them again, but they will now be my go-to for towing and wrecker service.

Austin is amazing! I needed my bike towed for a stubborn oil filter and instead of charging me for towing it HE GOT THE FILTER OFF HIMSELF! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU CALL AA WRECKER SERVICE BEFORE ANYWHERE ELSE! They will be my first call before anywhere else definitely!

10/10 can not recommend this company enough. I broke down yesterday in Decatur,AL. A man name Jesse with AA showed up, and got my vehicle back running. They could have towed it for hundreds of dollars. The owner said they’d rather see it back on the road, than on the back of a tow truck. You can’t beat morals and integrity like that now days.
My son and Husband went to go fishing late in the evening. The hub broke on the boat trailer . We bought the hub to fix it but during us taking it off they lost one of the rings that keeps it on. By this time it is very late. We realize we are going to need it towed. We called this company. They were quick to respond and were very understanding of us. They did a great job of getting the trailer and boat home!

Austin took my call, and was the absolute best person for the job. He was able to calm my panic and have a driver pick up and tow my SUV across Decatur all while I was in Huntsville over a 15 minute phone call. Austin and his driver, Mr Jesse are the only team I will be using for any future towing or wrecker needs.

This guy is absolutely amazing!! The price, the service, and very helpful, he done everything he could possibly to to try to help us!! He even tried to help us not have to pay out of pocket before they towed the vehicle. Having to call a tow truck can be a stressful situation, he made what could have been a horrible situation into a pleasant one. I wish I could give him more than 5 stars!

Tried this wrecking service recently and was very pleased. Punctual and they would give you a heads up call when they were on the way. They were so good l had an issue with another vehicle and l called them again. Again great service, on time and did exactly what l wanted them to do. In fact the tech actually helped me get my car running where l could not, was very grateful for his help.
We called AA Wrecker Service when the serpentine belt went out on our car. It was almost 10pm, and they were very polite and responsive. If you're around the wider Decatur area and need a tow, we would definitely recommend these guys!
I want to say a HUGE Thank You to Russ, Trevor, Austin and Jesse. First for being kind and compassionate towards me and my family after my car accident, but also for being thorough and helping explain the process to me( probably multiple times because my brain was not retaining the information after my concussion). They never complained and always helped me with a smile. Even down to helping me when the insurance company I was working with tried to take advantage of me they helped me there too! I had a positive experience with the AA Wrecker Service, Russ & Jessie were extremely nice, had good communication skills, quick response time & compared to other areas their pricing I consider reasonable. They take pictures of your vehicle before moving onto the truck. I would recommend & added to my contacts just in case a need comes up; however, I told Jessie it is my hope I never need to call them. Good business.

I can't stress enough what a different experience it was with AA Wrecker Service. Russ and his drivers were extremely helpful and courteous and continued to keep in touch while we waited on the insurance to get things taken care of.
