Unbelievably incompetent. Sold me an engine that I was assured had good compression and “ran well” before being pulled. After installation immediately realized that cylinder one was dead and that the other 3 had barely enough compression to run. Obviously they didn’t test it before pulling it or they did and sold it knowingly having bad compression. Either way they are liars or totally incompetent at best. After calling to discuss the issue with the owner he told me he would call me back, but after waiting 20 minutes I had to call back to get an explanation. I was disregarded and the owner said I was pissing him off with my “accusations”. Avoid this joke of a business at all cost.
The Lady was extremely rude and asking the same question after I had answered it multiple times then she continued to hang up the phone. I’m not sure if the business is good in any way but they need some new front desk staff that will work with people instead of hanging up
I called there for a part and the lady was very rude to me said she would call me back when the part got pulled and never called back I went down there to see about the part 5 hours later and she would not even get up and find out if the part was ready or not all she would say is “that’s not I told you. I told you I would call you when it got pulled” here it is a day later and still has not called me back
