I was broke down at the stoplight at university & airport Blvd & they came quickly, made sure we were safe from harm, very polite from the dispatcher to Bryan (the driver). Thanks for great service and the calming & quick service & attitude!!!!
Having to use a tow service is never a good thing, but they made a painful situation as painless a possible. The girl that answered at 6:00 am on a Sunday was very pleasant and helpful and the gentlemen that did the work were professional and took care to not cause more damage to the vehicle. I’m so thankful we called Pitts & Sons first! Highly recommend!! And very reasonable pricing!
I had the pleasure of being towed by Walter on today 9/3/25. Walter was courteous, professional, and very friendly. He made sure that I got safely to the repair shop. He’s a great driver. I’m usually really nervous when riding with other truck drivers, but he did an awesome job.
Brian went above and beyond. We broke down on our way back to Missouri from vacation in the middle of the pouring rain and he was the fastest and best towing company around. My wife and I are traveling cross country and our truck broke down north of mobile. Cody picked up my pickup and towed it to the dealership. Jai towed or fifth wheel to a nearby campground. 01/22/2025 Even with pretty bad weather conditions this team was quick and efficient in getting the job done. I had a rig stuck due to ice out on the road. Big thank you to Dan who made sure my driver was in a secure and safe place after the recovery. Once again Thank you very grateful.
