Cottage Hill and Dawes AutoZone is awesome, Zachary assisted me in getting the right part not only did he explained how the dielectric grease helped prolong the life of the bulb, he even replaced the bulb for me. Phenomenal job by a nice young man. I will definitely return to this AutoZone for future assistance and parts. Thank you Zachary for your professional service

I frequent this location fairly regularly. The employees are always helpful & knowledgeable. (love Mr.Jesse?) Always treated as priority. I do not shop anywhere else unless out of necessity, online.

Sweet guy got my part n had taken to register n waited at closing time 4 me to come buy it! Made it just b4 they closed!

Always a pleasure to go into this store. Jesse, is always there to make u smile and the other employees are great too. Prices of course are higher than most, but it's AutoZone in the Bayou, what do u expect? Update: I still enjoy going here when needed. Jesse is still a great help and has gone out of his way to be helpful at times. I've even shown up a minute late and still he didn't turn me away. I'm grateful they're here in the bayou.

Always nice and wonderful when they have experience to help you. Some of us women are alone dealing with car maintenance and need people trustworthy.

Bill is the bomb diggity. Nick is in training but I have hopes for him. Awesome store. Highly recommending it.

Staff could've been a hell of a lot more helpful. DIDN'T EVEN ATTEMPT TO ask "did you find everything okay" or even ask us if we needed any help.

The place was great they helped me out finding the parts I need it didn't take me anytime to find all the parts an they had a really good prices on them.

The older gentleman Mr Joe I think his name is, is very helpful and knowledgeable. The rest of the staff not so much. Store seems clean and well stocked, bathroom in the back is decent.

Melissa was awesome in helping me get a battery for my Camry. She was patient and answered all my questions. Justin installed it in a timely fashion and showed me that I also needed a new terminal. I frequent this location because all the employees are friendly and happy to answer your questions.

Awesome and Fast Friendly Service (& this was at the Bayou La Batre location) The Tilmans Corner location was horrible we had left there due to no service,not friendly, & was told they couldn't check our battery and that they had to wait on customers first an we were customers and was going to buy brake pads ?? I'm glad we went to other location and will be going only to that location from now on!!!!!

Friendly helpful employees. Well stocked. I had my drivers side rear blinker to go out and they helped to find the right bulb and also walked outside and replaced it for me. 4 months later the other blinker went out and the i had a similar experience. They found out which one my car needed and walked out and replaced it for me. While outside the employee checked all my lights....brakes, tail lights, reverse lights. The employee found i amalso had a reverse light out and replaced it that day as well. I am very greatful our local Auto Zone has such helpful staff working there.
