This place is the best! The owners are friendly and accommodating. The new building is lovely with 2 comfy waiting areas. I got my oil changed & also tires, belts and hoses checked for a reasonable price, and it was all done quickly. I highly recommend.
I took my car to have the water pump replaced and they got it fixed right away. They were friendly and answered all my questions. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a good place to get your car fixed
Everyone @ Lake City Auto treats you like family. They are knowledgeable, efficient and reliable! Had an oil change and all the check points done, was only there a little over an hour and the price was $35 less than Toyota. Love this new building as well very nice and comfy. They're fantastic people. They always listen and check to see if there is anything else they can help with! They always let you know about how long your repairs will take and even offer to take you home if it's going to be awhile. Friendly and courteous!
Took my Cadillac to get my headlights fixed The guy unhooked my mass airflow sensor which caused my fan to stay on causing my battery to die and my check engine light came on. Took it to my mechanic Sellars in Arab he showed me where it was unplugged at from. Don’t take any vehicle to this place and on top of that they lost 4 of my pins that hold my front bumper end up off the ground

Excellent service in a beautiful new location! I dropped my car off for a wheel bearing replacement at 10a and they were finished before 1p! Fair price, kind staff, will definitely use this business again for my car repairs.
I own a Dodge Caravan and a Nissan Truck and have been taking my vehicles to Lake City Auto for several years for oil change, tire rotation, and necessary repairs. I can confidently say that Lake City has skilled mechanics and I trust that my vehicles will be maintained and repaired per specifications and that I will be fairly charged. I love their new location off Highway 69 with more service bays and a peaceful and clean waiting room. Brandi and Shane continue the hard work and dedication of their parents who set the standard in auto service and repair.
Took my Subaru while traveling through Alabama to this place. They replaced the brake pads. I drove the car 50 miles and turned around and took my car back. The brakes were spongy and made a grinding noise. They said they were fine. In Atlanta I took it to Subaru the brakes had to be replaced They neglecting to torque bolts to the manufacturer's specifications which caused grinding noises during braking, and the pedal sank to the floor and felt soft Poor craftsmanship, and improper installation, missed steps, caused the issue substandard brake repair jeopardized vehicle safety and required rework and replacement of parts. I called Lake City back they denied I had ever been there even though having the paperwork. Sounds like these guys are running a scam.

Had them fix AC and recharge with Freon. Found out later they did a bypass which removed an important part, by Lee Barnett Auto Repair! Charged almost $600 for the service. Do not recommend! It was my truck, my husband brought it in. Lee Barnett Automotive, the mechanic there, found the bypass on the AC and without ordering a part couldn't even put Freon in the truck. This person recently took over the business and was in jail for a while, so of course she wouldn't have record of it. She called my husband, looking for me about a review when she didn't even run the business at that time. If the truck weren't taken to a DIFFERENT MECHANIC, we would have never known about the bypass that was done to the truck!

Always friendly and the mechanics always know what they are doing. The owner there is fantastic and has a good group of people working for him. We are always pleased with their professional work and would recommend them to anyone. We had to have an R&R VVT Solenoid replaced and everything works great now. And the price seemed very reasonable.

Can’t say enough great things about Shane V and all the folks at Lake City Towing. My mother had problems with Key Fob connecting to her car after I replaced battery on car . . . Had to get it towed on a Sunday morning to dealership. Lake City had a truck in mother’s driveway within 3 hours of my call. Top notch folks makes for top notch company. Thank you much, Shane.
Lake City Auto and Towing are incredible. I had an issue with my vehicle today and Brandi was wonderful to deal with and the tow truck driver was very fast arriving to tow it to my home and was very courteous. A+++ all the way and highly recommend for all of your towing and automotive needs with wonderful pricing as well.

I’ve been doing business with these guys for years and have always been happy. I just picked up my jeep. They lifted it, put on new shocks, tires and brake calipers. Love the way it turned out. Ready to hit the trails! Their new location is very nice and convenient. Highly recommend them!
Great family owned company, in a beautiful and spacious location. They just recently moved to this brand new spot tucked away near the lake. I called the day before to order tires and they got me fixed right up about as fast as I could ask for. Prices are competitive.
