They were fine, they worked with me on storage fees but it shouldn't have been towed in the first place. The fees were kind of high but the driver was really helpful and courteous.
These guys are awesome they showed us the best customer service we’ve ever received from any tow company, and we came all the way from Florida. Very expensive and an inexperienced worker got the vehicle he was hauling stuck in a ditch. The owner came and finally got the job done right so that was much appreciated 👍
I haven't personally meet these guys but my wife got herself stuck in a bad situation literally and financially these guys were there to lend a helping hand ✋ and that right there shows you what kind of people they are so if you need a tow or your car fixed I would trust Autow's towing and automotive repair to help you out and treat you right
My son's truck broke down on a Sunday during bad weather and these guys not only took care of us they brought the truck over to the hotel am allowed us to unload our bags. The truck is purring like a cat..... We can not thank u guys enough for all you did. Very nice n kind.

Very shady and unerhand crooks. Out to steel you vehicles. Jimmy Fitts towed a truck and a piece of equipment from private property yesterday. And less than 24 hours later I now have a bill for over $9,000. And I will never use them for any thing.
