The place doesn’t close at 8pm like it states online and on the front door they close at 7:50pm. I got there at 7:50 and the doors were locked and turned out the lights and wouldn’t open the door when I called ahead and told them to have the part ready decide be there right before closing time. They are lazy people who don’t want to work and just want to go home early on a Saturday night.
Went in this morning, I was the ONLY customer and the two people at the counter acted like I was covered in cow manure. Didn't offer any help.
Then I went to O'Reilly's and they bent over backwards to help. Guess where I'll be going from now on.
Only store in our area that carries STP SAE 30 heavy duty oil for small engines. I compared the STP heavy duty to Frame and several other brands and the STP is far superior so worth the trip. My sales associate was friendly while ringing up my purchase and I was pleasantly greeted up on entering the location. The store was clean and well stocked.
I found exactly what I needed to fix my car. The staff was friendly and answered any questions that I had. The prices seemed competitive and I appreciated their dedicated services so I recommend using them when you have little time to spare, but need a specific car part to solve your problem. Inside was clean and clutter-free, unlike many I have visited before.
Our vehicle started misfiring on a 10 hour trip. The two gentlemen that were working Sunday January 7th at 8am were extremely helpful reading check engine codes and finding a local shop for us that was open on a Sunday to get us back on the road. Thank you!
Rude workers. Incompetent. Bought wiper blades and the guy refused to put them on because it was barely sprinkling. I went back when it was sunny. He saw me and walked off. A woman came out and put them on... Now my wipers won't work! Won't be back and cut up my rewards card. Going to O'Reilly's from now on! Hire people who will do what they are being paid to do and learn how to treat their customers with respect! I have to now go somewhere to get my wipers fixed due to them. NOT HAPPY! They should be responsible for the repair bill! (They had them fixed. The district manager contacted me about it. He's a good guy. I hope he cleans house with the workers there!)
Maybe I don't understand what a lifetime warranty means. I thought it meant replacement for life. No I got 44$ back for the core charge. Part cost 198+$ I don't know?
I’ve used this Autozone my entire life for all of my auto needs. I shop online and in store; always the correct part, and always friendly, knowledgeable customer service. They are open long hours and on Sundays, which helps tremendously since I work 24/7, lol. I’ve never had a bad experience at this place, and I’ve even gotta go by there today to drop off my battery and have it charged. It’s always something! But Autozone always comes to the rescue!!
This particular Auto zone is ok. The people are nice enough and the NEW parts are fine but Auto Zone as a company and the policy's they keep are HORRID! I once replaced my starter with one of their refurbished ones and it only lasted about a month or 2. When I took it back to get my money back they refused saying they could only replace it. I had no choice so they gave me another one. A month latter I was back. This time they gave me my money back. I went right to their competitor and bought their refurbished one and never had another issue.
Employee was very helpful for once. He actually knew a little about what he was talking about instead of just trying to sound knowledgeable. He checked my ECU for trouble codes and printed me a page that had all the details on it. He was also nice and polite which is getting to be very rare around these parts lately. I would recommend this store for your automotive products and services.
A week ago I had a $40 rewards credit. When I went into the store to shop my reward was gone. Then he forgot to give me my military vetrans discount. I was mad.
Hats off to these fellas for coming to our rescue. We locked up an alternator mid-trip from Florida to Tennessee and were pulled over at the Shell right off of Hwy78. Being a commercial account holder the gentleman at this Autozone delivered the part to us and took the order over the phone. Even when we requested the incorrect part, they took the damaged unit and returned to store to match it up to a new unit that we could use. They then drove back a second time and refunded the difference in value to our card to prevent more phone communication. THANK YOU AUTOZONERS! We were back on the road in just at a 2hr stop, which is pretty dang fast when you find an issue, diagnose it, remove damaged components, order parts, deliver them twice, and reinstall. You helped us repair our rig and return home safely to our families! ✊😎
This place needs help and actual people who know something bout vehicles n not just look up on a computer. Seems like everytime I've went it was wrong or a bad part. Got an altinater turns out it was bad n when I went to return it the same guy who sold it to me asked where I got it from.
I recently went to the Winfield Alabama store. I was returning a starter and a battery for a friend who was unable to attend. I was treated with respect and the best,a person could ask for. we bought our parts at other a z stores, but it was not a big deal for these guys.we will continue to use auto zone parts, especially after the experience of getting all of the parts made up, and a 1.29 difference in price, that the guys waived for my benefit. I will continue to use auto zone parts, I appreciate the guys and gals at Winfield Alabama auto zone parts store.. Tony
