Poor driving… you know when your tow truck is basically a rolling billboard for your business and they drive like they don’t care about life and nearly run folks over .. it doesn’t look good on your business.
They picked up the car from the accident site it did not rush me to pick up the contents we wanted from the car they kept the car undercover so the stuff that was in it was all still a very good shape and actually was there they were more than helpful while we got our stuff from the car and asked how all the passengers were after the accident I would recommend them to anyone
Brown's recently moved a shed for me. They were very kind, and waited longer than they had to for us to come by and make some adjustments to our fence so they could fit through with their truck. Great service and reasonably priced!
They apparently think they are emergency services or something. Had a wrecker driving try to run me off the road south on zerdt blaring his horn like he owned the road. Don't know what these guys are being fed, but good god.
Browns is the crappiest tow company I have ever seen or dealt with. First off I came from the tow life since I was a child we had our own company until my dad passed. Browns came to the scene of my car accident in Madison Al. Tows our car to their lot. Within 15 days had a hold on our title in the system which we all know is an Illegal act. It’s past 30 days then you may file for abandonment of a title for a car. Our insurance (Alfa) moved our vehicle to the auction lot. Where we now discovered our Amp & Speakers from the trunk have been stolen. Title has a hold that they had NO BUSINESS applying. Has nothing to do with them. They wasn’t keeping our vehicle.
Was in a wreck on Friday night. Towed my car to their yard. Monday went to get my personal items out of car and my sunglasses were gone along with some other things. As I was leaving I went back to office and the guy working the yard was on the porch with my glasses on his head. Told him and the lady working behind the counter that those were my sunglasses they both denied it. They both said that they don’t go thru cars. Obviously that was a lie. New Hope police called the owner and he said he would check into it, but never heard back. Even if you’re hurt during a wreck make sure you get your things before they tow your car.
Brown’s Wrecker Services went above and beyond when towing my completely disabled vehicle from my residential garage. Despite the challenge, they carefully navigated the tight space and explained every step before proceeding. Nearly a week after the tow, I realized the gear shift cover wasn’t properly snapped back on. I called them, and within 30 minutes, they came out and fixed it on the spot. Exceptional care and top-notch customer service from start to finish.

Car wouldn't back up when I tried to leave the Green Mountain Nature Preserve and they were able to be there within 20 minutes. Very nice and helpful. Reasonable charge for the wench also.
If you ever need towing services I recommend this company! They were very professional and kind people (Unlike the other companies I contacted this past weekend) from the time I called until the time my car was towed…I dealt with some rude people prior to discovering Brown’s but I’m glad I kept searching because they were nice and reasonably priced. If I ever have car troubles again I don’t mind spending my money here!
Came onsite within 15 minutes of my call. Were kind and very professional! Shoveled the road, deiced the road, and went to great lengths so they could pull my car off a precarious slope above a deep icy ravine. They get my highest possible rating. Cannot thank them enough! My car and I came through without a scratch.
Great service! Had the front tire on my dually blow on a Sunday and only had to wait 30 minutes. Very thankful for how fast they got me back on the road.
Got serviced through this company for my roadside coverage. I had a flat tire. I received good service and tire was fixed. I would recommend this company. It did take a little while for the man to arrive but did not take 2 or 3 hours like some companies do. I would definitely recommend.
Long story, but I got my pickup stuck in the field behind my house. The guys went the extra mile to pull my truck from the mud. Ended up having to use their excavator to pull me to solid ground. I hope I am never stuck like this again and in need of their service, but definitely recommend these guys to anyone looking for professional service.
My tow guy got to me pretty quickly even after going through enterprise fleet management roadside assistance. I had to ride along with him to the shop. I cannot for the life of me remember his name but he said his cousin is the owner. Whoever the guy was that towed the wow van on the morning of 2-6-23 give that guy a raise he surely deserves it.
These guys have been hauling old school busses for us for the last 10 hours. They've been super down-to-earth, and hard working, even in this nasty thunderstorm tonight. We will absolutely be using them again for all towing needs!!
They are a Wonderful Towing Company that has been around for years. I had to use them twice in one week. They came and took great care in my vehicle each time. Had to different drivers and both polite and helpful.
They came out and moved a 12' x 12' storage building for me about half a mile down the road. They knew exactly what they were doing and how to do it. The driver gave me all of the risks up front, but didn't hesitate to solve a few challenging problems along the way. Great guys, and I'll definitely be calling them for any towing or moving I may need in the future!
I called and paid over the phone, without a hassle. When the driver got to the destination I asked him to deliver to, he called to confirm where I had requested the vehicle be dropped. All encounters with this company was very pleasant

My dad lives out of state and was the one who had to pay for the towing, it was a Sunday and not many places were open and the ones who were would not accept payment over the phone which was all I had from my dad. After hours of being stranded with my sister we got a hold of Brown's and they came and picked us up very quickly, got us a drink (after hours of being stranded, sweating, we were very parched but had no money) and got us to the repair shop all while having a wonderful attitude and great customer service. Will definitely recommend and use again myself! Thank you so much!
