John was so kind for helping us, especially on a holiday in the blazing sun. He went above and beyond to make sure that we got our car up and running. Can’t recommend him enough! Thank you so much!!

Came onsite within 15 minutes of my call. Were kind and very professional! Shoveled the road, deiced the road, and went to great lengths so they could pull my car off a precarious slope above a deep icy ravine. They get my highest possible rating. Cannot thank them enough! My car and I came through without a scratch.

If you ever need towing services I recommend this company! They were very professional and kind people (Unlike the other companies I contacted this past weekend) from the time I called until the time my car was towed…I dealt with some rude people prior to discovering Brown’s but I’m glad I kept searching because they were nice and reasonably priced. If I ever have car troubles again I don’t mind spending my money here!

Got serviced through this company for my roadside coverage. I had a flat tire. I received good service and tire was fixed. I would recommend this company. It did take a little while for the man to arrive but did not take 2 or 3 hours like some companies do. I would definitely recommend.

Great service! Had the front tire on my dually blow on a Sunday and only had to wait 30 minutes. Very thankful for how fast they got me back on the road.

Long story, but I got my pickup stuck in the field behind my house. The guys went the extra mile to pull my truck from the mud. Ended up having to use their excavator to pull me to solid ground. I hope I am never stuck like this again and in need of their service, but definitely recommend these guys to anyone looking for professional service.

They are a Wonderful Towing Company that has been around for years. I had to use them twice in one week. They came and took great care in my vehicle each time. Had to different drivers and both polite and helpful.

My tow guy got to me pretty quickly even after going through enterprise fleet management roadside assistance. I had to ride along with him to the shop. I cannot for the life of me remember his name but he said his cousin is the owner. Whoever the guy was that towed the wow van on the morning of 2-6-23 give that guy a raise he surely deserves it.

My dad lives out of state and was the one who had to pay for the towing, it was a Sunday and not many places were open and the ones who were would not accept payment over the phone which was all I had from my dad. After hours of being stranded with my sister we got a hold of Brown's and they came and picked us up very quickly, got us a drink (after hours of being stranded, sweating, we were very parched but had no money) and got us to the repair shop all while having a wonderful attitude and great customer service. They came out and moved a 12' x 12' storage building for me about half a mile down the road. They knew exactly what they were doing and how to do it. The driver gave me all of the risks up front, but didn't hesitate to solve a few challenging problems along the way. Great guys, and I'll definitely be calling them for any towing or moving I may need in the future!

On 5-24-16 I had to call a tow truck from Jiffy Mart in New Hope, Al to my brothers garage on Dudley Lane, in Owens Cross Roads, Alabama. I called Brown's Wrecker Service and they were there with-in 10 minutes. The driver was very nice and polite and totally professional. My driver gave me a business card to keep in my wallet with his name on it, William Neal. He said if you need us in the future you will have us in your wallet! Time wasters. I waited for 4 hours for one of their wreckers to show. Dispatch said the driver called 3 times. He didn't, I had no missed calls. Driver wouldn't answer my calls or return my texts. Wont try to use again.
