I knew I had a tail light out. I didn't get the associates name, but he went above and beyond what I expected. I was going to purchase a tool to help pull a few pins to release the carpet in the trunk. Instead he provided me with tools and even helped me change the bulb.
7/13/2023. I'm handicap, I called on phone and ask if anyone could come outside when I got there to check something for me. The lady was very rude , she said that there was only a couple of them there.
7/16/2023 I when there in New Hope same store to get some oil and filters. They told me that only 2 people where thereand they couldn't come out to the car. I think its sad that people are so disrespect to treat handicap people. I took my business elsewhere.

June 10th came in to by a hitch and had to to put it together....you would think I was asking for a million dollars Josh had the worst attitude for somone working in the parts business..told me we have tools for working on vehicles lol ...funny how yall sale receiver hitches aswell 🤔 thank God for the younger guy ...didn't get his name but he was on it and apologized for Josh and the attitude 🙄
Worse experience ever. Went to buy new breaks and well I had to go back 3 times because I received the wrong ones the first two times and someone else took them back the 3rd time for me and I was very disappointed for not being offered a discount for all the trouble and for their employees not caring more than that to do their d*** job right. I won't spend anymore of my hard earned money at any O'Riley's.
New Hope would've been a great place for an O'Reilly parts store instead we got an O'Really store because all you can say is REALLY when you open the box
I went to O'Reilly's this afternoon needing a new bulb for my front headlight. Not only did Josh the AM get his hands dirty to see what bulb I needed, he installed the new one. Josh blessed me by doing so. I am forever grateful for his fantastic customer service! I am very happy that we have an O'Reilly's in our little town. Thank You Again Josh!!
Over 4 hours from home with an orange light on the dash...what to do? Manual says "emissions...warning." Fortunately, we came upon an O'Reilly Parts Store & got some of the clearest help & suggestions we could have ever hoped for from the gentleman behind the counter. He saved us hours of time & hundreds of dollars. I'm now a fan & will switch my loyalty to O'Reilly from now on! Great people hiring great people!
I went to oreilly in new hope be cause it was the nearest to me in Grant never again! Had to hunt down help and he had no knowledge of ford trucks! Ended up driving to Autozone owens cross roads
