I visited the AutoZone location to get wiper blades for my daughter’s car while she’s attending Tuskegee University. Mr. Davis and the store manager were exceptionally professional, patient, and helpful. I’ll admit my ego told me I could handle it myself, but they stepped in with no judgment and made sure everything was done correctly.
As a parent, it meant a lot to see my daughter treated with care and respect. It gave me real peace of mind knowing that if she ever needs assistance while she’s in school, she has a dependable place she can go to. Outstanding customer service all around.
I just want to take a moment to thank the amazing team at the AutoZone here in Tuskegee. I came in looking to get a jump for my car, and even though they weren’t able to lend out jumper cables, the employees went above and beyond to help me out. One of the workers actually followed me home—with the manager’s permission—to help get my car jumped off since that’s where it was located. I had come with someone who didn’t really know how to jump off a car either, so their help truly saved the day. They even explained what was going on with my car and helped me pick out the right jumper cables to purchase. I really appreciate their kindness and willingness to go the extra mile. Excellent customer service all the way around!
We are on a road trip- cruising on I-85 when our engine light came on. The staff at Auto Zone Tuskegee helped us read the code and decide what to do with our problem. Bathroom was clean too. Thank you!

Excellent customer service. My car was bone dry empty needed oil and Albert Daniels was very patient, kind, and courteous with me. He looked up the oil I needed for my vehicle and made sure I was good to go.

The two workers that helped us on 8/26/2023 were amazing and saved us so much money from being ripped off by a mobile mechanic. They helped replace what we needed and got us back on our way in no time. Wish we would have gotten thier names to personally tha k then.
Great people. Truck started missing, while traveling from Hammond. LA to Marietta, GA. Pulled in checked my truck and immediately called someone away from his family to come help, me, my girl friend and grandson, make it home that night.
The manager was fantastic. We were visiting from out of town and he was extremely knowledgeable and had our problem fixed in no time. He checked the issue with the battery and warranty and made good on it......"we are dedicated Auto Zone customers
The staff was nice and friendly. They tested my battery and confirmed a dead cell. I bought a battery and they installed it. The whole process took less than 15 minutes. I'm a very satisfied customer.
I have a few classic cars that I've been working on. Luckily they have many of the parts and if they didnt have them in stock they ordered them for me.
I had been buying steering wheels for 2 weeks but always returned them because I could never get them on, but thankfully autozone doesn't mind putting them on for you. Very grateful!
Sold me items I didn't need they sold me two gallons of antifreeze found out I only needed one. Sold me a radiator cap I could of used my old one it was in good condition. I think they took advantage of me.
I absolutely love AutoZone! Sometimes it is great just to stop by and browse. Sometimes someone working on a vehicle may come in and ask other people that are well versed in repairs for help.All in all it is a great place to go for parts and assistance.
