I was initially told to expect a one-hour wait for roadside assistance, so I was thrilled when John called me in under 15 minutes. John was extremely professional and clearly knew his stuff. He assessed the situation quickly and got my car unstuck with impressive efficiency. Highly recommend this service and thank you to John!
Had significant damage to front of vehicle from truck tire debris on 85N near Opelika on Sunday, leaving us stranded on the side of the highway. Tiger Towing responded and were able to get us on our way. Our safety was the first thing they addressed, then they proceeded to assist us in getting back on the road. We ended up not needing a tow. Shout out to Elijah and Jonathan for your help!!
Last night my vehicle stopped on I-85 North near Auburn on a trip from Texas to Virginia with my mom and my brother with Down-syndrome. I had no idea where I was and what I should do.
I was fortunate to have Jonathan from Tiger Towing respond from my auto assistance claim from my insurance. He quickly contacted me and assured me he’d get to me promptly. Since he knew that area was very dangerous and is known for fatal accidents he did not hesitate to get on scene to ensure our security. Upon arrival he made sure that me and my family were safe with a local police officer and coordinated our transportation to a safe location. He helped identify that my alternator was most likely the main issue and gave me recommendation to a reputable repair shop that should have the parts and could possibly get me back on the road the next day. He also wanted to make sure we had somewhere safe to stay since we were from out of town. Once we got settled he delivered my vehicle to the repair shop.
I’m not sure what he did but when the shop opened one of the workers already identified me and knew my situation. I was assured me that they would do the best they could to get me back on the road.
Ultimately I feel that Jonathan’s professionalism, knowledge about his community, and care factors were OUTSTANDING!
I wanted to at least write a review to recognize him and thank him for being such a positive influence through what could have been a stressful and dangerous situation.

I called my USAA roadside assistance and asked for a tow. They sent Tiger Towing. Keith arrived very promptly, even called and let me know was on the way. When he arrived, I fully expected him to place my vehicle onto his flatbed and tow it to the dealership. Keith suggested first to try the battery to see if this would solve the issue. The clicking sound usually indicative of the alternator and battery but the electronics in the dash was making a popping sound. Keith indicated he has seen this in vehicles. Keith arrived, placed the charger device on the battery, and the vehicle cranked. Really appreciate his knowledge and initiative as it saved me an expensive bill at the dealership!
Brandon is the best! Came right to my apartment. Had all the tools. Went out his way to pick up a new car battery for me. Mad the process easily and enjoyable. Definitely coming back to u guys!
I was broke down on the side of the road trying to change my tire. I was having an issue and tiger towing pulled up, without me even calling because they saw me. Brandon and Daniel are some class guys! Thank y’all again for stopping and helping me out!
Jonathan was FANTASTIC. Thank you so much for getting me home to Georgia safely and for making the process as easy possible. Ladies, I felt completely safe on the 2 hour drive back to Atlanta. Jonathan, you have excellent customer service. While I hope I never have to get towed again, I know who I’m calling if I need to.
I broke down when traveling through Alabama from out of state. Tiger towing was recommended by the shop. They were prompt and brought a truck that was big enough for our whole family to catch a ride to the shop with them. I really appreciate them responding so quickly. If I lived in the area I would use them again if I needed a tow.
Answered the phone very respectfully, gave me a quote that he stuck by was out on the job towing my Hummer with in minutes! 10 out of ten would use again !
We used Tiger Towing through our Lexus roadside assistance program. They were fast and very helpful. Even thought to try to crank the car one last time after towing to local Toyota dealership for us. And the car started! Saved us on our trip from FL to Atlanta after the car broke down in Auburn, AL. Would definitely recommend them!
A very nice, young professional helped open my locked car. I was acting fairly needy at that point and he didn’t leave until I had gotten myself straightened out. Very kind and the service was very fast! Kudos!
Just watched a Tiger towing vehicle tailgate and proceed to run an elderly couple off the road and then speed past them. Their tag was obscured or otherwise I would have reported the reckless driving.
Had to have my vehicle towed today, the driver, Daniel, was awesome! He was very friendly and personable on our drive to the mechanic shop. It made a really frustrating situation just a little better. He was also dispatched within 10 minutes. Great service!
Driving across the country towing a car behind our truck when the truck crapped out. They were so quick to call and get out to us while also sending out a second truck to tow our car and trailer situation to the dealership. I mostly wanted to shout out and give a massive thank you to Daniel and his family. We were traveling with four animals, the rental car place had no rentals and I doubt an uber would have accommodated us. Daniel called up his wife and they were able to take ALL of us to our air bnb. I’m sure this is not something that they do often but me and my family are so blessed by their kindness and are so thankful. I honestly think we would have ended up sleeping in the car for the night. Tiger needs to give this man a raise and keep him at whatever cost, this is beyond excellent customer service!
5 stars for the driver (I think his name is Daniel) and one star for the dispatcher lady.
I was locked out of my car and contacted AAA for road assistance. AAA told us the driver would be there in 25 minutes, but we didn’t see anyone for 50 minutes. We called tiger tires/towing, and the dispatcher lady told us the driver cancelled the order… we contacted AAA to place another request (they were confused and not sure what was happening) and called tiger tires/towing to make sure the they had a record of the second request. The dispatcher lady was very rude and yelled at us telling us they cancelled when we tried to explain what happened. We contacted AAA the third time to make sure it was requested. The driver actually came within 10 minutes after the call and unlocked the car within minutes. HE SAID HE HAD NEVER CANCELLED OUR REQUEST, so I am not sure about the dispatch lady… Neither AAA nor the driver cancelled the requests.
Corey was awesome! His professionalism and attention to my needs was amazingly impressive. He was headed to another job and turned around to assist with a flat tire so that I can make an appointment. I truly appreciate his excellent customer service and he changed my tire in 10 minutes or less. Thanks to Corey I will be able to make my appointment. Satisfied customer. Regina J
Corey my driver was one of the kindest men I have ever met. He was super kind and respectful. He even helped me get to my destination. Definitely one hell of service!! He even arrived early to help me. I am truly appreciative of his hard work and dedication to his job. Truly a one of a kind worker!
Me and my girlfriend were far from home on a visitation troop for my little brother who'd just graduated OSUT at Fort Moore and had his Turning Blue ceremony. On our way home my jeep had a critical failure and Jake from Tiger Towing helped us get all the fro Oplelika Alabama to my little town in northwest TN. He was more than kind the whole trip and did his best to make the entire adventure stress free as possible. Even the lady I spoke to when I called the tow and Mr Whitlow were extremely patient and helpful in getting us back home. I had an issue with my car recently that left me very frustrated. I ended up calling AAA and they dispatched Tiger Towing to come to me. That was one of the best experiences I've ever had in life dealing with my car troubles. They sent out Mr. Corey Vaughn and he was soooo very kind. He arrived swiftly and explained the process, and he even put back a spare tire underneath in the process. I dont know if you all have AAA but even if you don't, give Tiger Towing a call if you're ever in a jam. You will NOT be disappointed.
My car broke down just outside of Opelika, and I called Tiger Towing because they seemed nearby. They exceeded my expectations. My tow truck driver arrived very quickly, was very courteous and respectful, and even managed to get my car up on the flatbed and back down again without any damage despite the fact that my car was stuck in park. I really appreciate their help!

Timely & Friendly - However the driver drove through my grass (see picture) - I spoke with both the driver and company a number of times and was assured I would be reimbursed for the damage. 2 months later - crickets - I even did the work myself to save Tiger some $$ -- I provided this information and the photo to my insurance company that recommended Tiger and asked to be directed to another company if we are in need again -
