Travis is a life saver! After my battery got replaced at the auto advanced. The car wouldn’t start. So I called for tow to have it delivered to near auto shop. Shelley helped me out over the phone everything was as easy as it could be. After my vehicle broke down across town from where I live Travis went and picked it up and towed it to the shop for me. He called me to let me know he made it to the drop off and even texted with pictures showing that he had left it in a parking space and was going inside the shop to give them my info. I went out at 3 am to go to work this morning ( 5/12/25). My SUV wouldn't start. Have some knowledge of vechliles, I knew it was the starter. I waited a few hours to call for towing service as I wasn't about to call them in the pouring down rain. I was very pleased with the lady who answered the phone. She was very sweet and polite. The driver who came I believe his name was Jake or Jacob was very professional and nice. The lady who called to take my payment over the phone was nice and very polite. I highly recommend Tow Monkey. They deserve 10 stars.

Had a little problem with my truck and needed a tow. Travis actually figured out what was wrong with it and got it running again. Turns out I didn’t even need to be towed. I’m not saying you should expect that if you call these guys out. All I’m saying is they’re honest people. Awesome company!

About a week ago I was stranded and reached out through my roadside assistance. Tow Monkey is who answered this specific call. Travis was great. He was patient and knowledgeable and agreeable to my change in tow location. I will use him again!
This is the first time I ever had to use a towing service. The transmission went out in our car, and it had to be abandoned at the gas station for a night. We aren't originally from this area, so we had no one who could tow it home. When I called Tow Monkey, the sweet woman who answered my call was absolutely WONDERFUL as she talked me through the process of how it all worked and gave me an instant quote based on the location. Within ten minutes, we were called back by the driver and met up with him at the gas station to load up the car.
The driver, Travis Finney, was absolutely awesome! Extremely friendly and knowledgeable, and his attitude was just amazing. He treated us so respectfully and spoke to us as if he was our nextdoor neighbor or an old friend. Aside from that, the service provided was VERY FAST, very professional, and SO MUCH MORE AFFORDABLE than anticipated. We learned at payment time that Mr. Travis is actually the face of Tow Monkey, and we were honored to have personally met him! They fixed my windshield very quickly and efficiently! They did have to find one that was compatible with all the new sensors. All my sensors that go through my windshield still work even with the new one. The cost was way more reasonable than the big car companies were going to charge me for a windshield replacement.
The owner was very nice and courtesy. I called and the tow was at my location within 15 minutes. A1 service. Pulled my Mercedes out of the mud that day...lol..Really nice guy. HE made a new friend that day. Very rare to find a company the genuinely cares about people versus their bottom line...
I was stranded on I-59 north of Trussville, Alabama. A wheel bearing went out on my trailer and it damaged the breaks when it came off. Called all parts houses in the Birmingham area and no one had the parts I needed to fix it. I called Tow Monkey they were able to gather all the parts needed to get me back on the road.
