They were suppose to call me when heading to my house so that I could tell them to knock on the basement door. They arrived, I have them on my home security cams knocking on the kitchen door. They went ahead and took my car then called me after dropping it off at in and out auto service. My car has a color changing paint job that cost a small fortune, there wasn’t a scratch or dent on this vehicle when I went out that morning and looked it over while putting parts in it. When I went to the mechanic shop to see if there was anything I forgot to buy I was surprised to find there was dent about a foot long on the top of my hood. I called the wrecker driver and he denied damaging my vehicle so I told him to have the owner call me. When I spoke to Kenny he replied that they didn’t damage my car. This company is not honest, both the owner and his driver lied about the damage to my car, now I’m going to have to take them to civil court to settle this it will cost them a lot more with me having to go to court. Everyone I know will testify in court that there was no dents or scratches on my car. I am tired of being treated like this so I will see them in court.

I messed up the tire rod on my car and a Pleasant Grove police officer informed me that the car was way too dangerous to be driving. The officer told me that the only way my car was getting home was on a rollback. I called several different places and they all wanted to charge me an arm and a leg just to take me 8 miles from where I was at. He showed up within a decent amount of time. He was friendly, helpful, courteous, and patient with me and answered all of my questions. Plus the cost of towing my car was within my budget. I am completely satisfied with with the overall experience. I'm definitely going to recommend this company to all my friends and family. I can't thank him enough and I also appreciate the way I was treated.

When my wife's Sequoia got stuck in a ditch due to rain (and my lousy driving), every other town truck place in town wanted 125 usd, or more, just to come out and "evaluate" the cost. Not Park. I called at 3pm on a Saturday afternoon, and my car was pulled out by 345, for a grand total of 65 dollars. Friendly, reasonable prices, and very quick. I'll never use anyone else if I can help it.

I was in a wreck and they towed my car. After I got out of the hospital, I had to go by and get my keys so I scould get in my house. They had gone through my car, and had even messed up a couple of things in it. When I asked about it, they told me, they couldn't do anything about it.

Came to disabled vehicle within 5 minutes. Polite. Would diffently use again
