I had my windshield replaced by Bama about a year ago because they offered to do it without recalibration and for less than my insurance deductible. About 8 months after installation, a crack suddenly appeared at the top center of the glass and spread quickly—within a week it ran across the entire windshield. I called and spoke with the owner, explained it looked like a stress crack, and sent a photo as requested. He claimed the reflection in the picture was a “chip” and said something must have hit the glass. I told him it wasn’t, but he insisted it had been too long since installation to be a stress crack. He also said prices had gone up and he couldn’t honor the old rate, but offered to “knock $100 off” my insurance deductible, which I’m not sure is even legal. No one ever offered to actually inspect the glass in person—just dismissed it from a photo. I believe the glass was either defective or installed incorrectly. Their website doesn’t mention any warranty, and based on my experience, they don’t stand behind their work. I’m now replacing the glass with another company and paying the full deductible to have it done right and properly recalibrated.

They were very professional, they were able to get my windshield installed the very next day,polite,helpful and really went above and beyond to tell me about rust where my superduty windshield had been leaking prior. Definitely will be doing business with them again.

Randomly, I ran into Bama Auto Glass while they were working on a separate vehicle. I asked if they could handle a fresh chip in the windshield and they said absolutely. Will and the crew knocked it out in no time. The repair looked awesome. 🤙

The wonderful staff at Bama Auto Glass on Morris Majestic Road have done it again. This is the second windshield they have replaced for me. They were prompt, professional and had my car ready when promised.

What a fantastic company! I contacted William about my cracked windshield and he was able to get out to me the next day to replace it in my truck. They were on time and super fast at conducting the replacement windshield. They were reasonable on pricing and explained thoroughly the do's and don'ts after the replacement. Go support your local family owned business. Hands down the best in the biz!

Bama Auto Glass is truly the best! Took care of my rear window track on my 2015 Ford F150 very promptly and courteously. Highly recommend for all your glass needs!

Guys showed up as promised and made short work replacing my damaged windshield. They offered a great price and were on time. They did a great job on installation, but were severely lacking on clean up. There were tiny, sharp shards of glass inside and out. I'm well aware that there will always be bits of glass left no matter how much you try to clean. Instead of using a vacuum to clean up as much as possible, he used a small shop blower and forced glass down into the defrost vents. When I turned on my AC and defroster, I got a face full of glass. I thoroughly vacuumed out the front half of the car, a job that only took about 15 minutes. A little more attention to detail will go a long way and help prevent injuries. I will still use Bama Auto Glass because of their low price, but I will make sure to ask them to use a vacuum next time.

This is the second time Bama Glass has replaced a glass for me. The staff is amazing. Lisa Bolden was very pleasant to talk to. The installers were great they even vacuumed my grand babies car seat to make sure it did not have glass in it. My truck was broken into and they shattered one of my windows. Bama Auto Glass was very professional and on time. Called on a Thursday afternoon and they were there the next day by 10:00. They provided quick service with friendly staff. They replaced my window in less than 30 minutes.

Best price in town! Appointment was offered within two days of calling. Two men came out and had my new windshield installed in 30 minutes. Highly recommend Bama Glass!!

Pretty disappointed in my experience. I chose to use BAG because of their good reviews and pricing. They were quick to respond to my email inquiry about pricing and provide a quote. We scheduled an appointment for 06/07. I told them I would be providing my work address and I was in office 8A-3P. I called twice during the day and was told both times I was still on the schedule. Around 2:40, I called for the third time and was told by the female receptionist she "wasnt sure where he was but he'd call". He did call a few minutes after that and told me he would be there at 3:45, I stated I would no longer be there and we had a baseball game to attend so I couldn't wait any longer. He offered to come Sunday, I agreed and gave him my home address. Technician stated my home address was too far (I work 15 minutes away from my home) and said Monday would be better. I agreed to Monday hopeful they would actually show up. Just called to check at 2:30PM on Monday, apparently they needed to reschedule AGAIN. They did not call or communicate needing to reschedule at all. Had I not called, they would have just no called-no showed again. Unprofessional to say the least.

Just had Bama Auto Glass come and replace my son's windshield. They did a FANTASTIC job!! They were on time, kept me updated on the process, and had the best price I have ever experienced with windshield replacement. Normally I claim windshield replacement on insurance but didn't want to do that because of a recent storm damage claim. Their prices and professionalism was top notch and I will use them again in the future if the need arises!

Got quoted $1600 to replace my windshield by another company, called Bama Auto Glass and they were able to get me in the next morning and replace it while I ate breakfast FOR OVER HALF THE PRICE. These guys are really awesome and have great customer service.. 10/10 would recommend

These guys were wonderful. On time, very professional, meticulous, but quick. These guys don't waste no time. And affordable; drove over and hour to get to my house, installed it in the drive way, and charged only $280! And guaranteed the work for a year. They are awesome!
