Arrived exactly when he told me he would, worked fast but I was never worried about my car getting damaged. Very personable. Out of all the people I called for a tow Ken's was the only one willing or able to get me out of a parking deck. Came with a smaller pull behind truck to get me to a waiting flatbed. There was no additional charge for the extra effort. 10/10 will use again, although I hope I don't have to.
I backed our van into a ditch and got very stuck They were able to get there in a timely fashion and gave me a reasonable price. I would definitely recommend.
