If I could rate a 0 I would. Company started off strong far as reaching out multiple times to make sure I was still willing to sale my car. I chose a time frame and even called multiple times to make sure everything was still on track. I get things happen, but I have not received any messages, calls, or anything detailing what my time is looking like. I have a child that I kept up just in case they called at 8:00, and I take time and other people times very seriously. Clearly this company does not. I am truly upset and disappointed about this turnout. I do not recommend this company it’s a waste of time.

I highly recommend Cash For Cars if you are in need of salvaging a vehicle. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and professional. I received a fair price and the transaction took place within 24 hours of first contact. I was very satisfied with the experience.

I was driving a problematic vehicle for over a year and on my way to the auto shop it broke down. Fixing it would have end up costing more than the actual value of the vehicle so I began calling several local pull apart places. No one would take the vehicle. I came across Cash For Cars through a Google search and started to fill in info to get a quote. Before I could finish filling in info, I got a call from Marcus Hairston. A few easy questions later and Marcus made me an offer that included free towing! It was a decent offer seeing how my vehicle was an older model and only serving the purpose of a pavement paperweight. Over the course of a few days, it only took an hour total of my time to start this process and finish it. I work 2 jobs so in the long run, Cash For Cars and Marcus saved me time, money, and effort while still giving me some funds to put toward my new vehicle. They gave me a solution to a stressful situation and I highly recommend their services.

Terrible experience. You guys started out strong, then absolutely flopped. My car broke down 2 hours from home. Fast forward a few days, I'm in a new car, old car still sitting in Birmingham, AL. Called these guys, they made an okay offer, so I agreed. They told me they'd pick up same day, which meant I had to drive 2 hours back to my car. I waited for over 4 hours, only to learn their yard closed at the beginning of the window they provided. So now, my car is still in Birmingham and I had to make the 2 hour drive back, no progress made. I'm posting this in every possible place I can to warn others that these people are not reliable.

Excellent customer service! We had a crashed vehicle that was not worth the expense for repairs. I simply answered a few questions and was quoted a fair Price for the vehicle which included them towing it away. The representative was very friendly and helpful.

I sold my car to Cash for Cars in one simple and quick transaction. I spoke with a customer service agent named Prince who got all of the info about my car and gave me a very fair cash price. I worried it was too good to be true! The next day a tow truck driver gave me my check and hauled off my vehicle. Easy! I checked other places who buy wrecked cars, and they would offer me a price and then last minute ask for photos and then dramatically lower the price. No photos required for Cash for Cars, just a thorough explanation of the car damage over the phone. I would sell with them again without question. A+

Cash for Cars offered me the most for my very old car. The process went smoothly. The only hitch was they were scheduled to pick my car up on Friday afternoon and they were a no show. I called and found out from dispatch that they were short on drivers and would pick my car up on Saturday. They arrived the next morning, wrote me a check and towed my car away. I had to give the driver my notarized title. This was in Baton Rouge, La. I would use Cash for Cars again.
