This company and its staff truly deserve all five stars. They went above and beyond to help us during a very stressful time. A special shoutout to Justin — he was just about to clock out after a long shift when our call came in around 4 a.m. We had broken down on the side of the interstate with our six children, and he didn’t hesitate. He took his time, came to our rescue, and gave us a tow when we needed it most. He quite literally saved the day. We are beyond grateful and highly recommend this company to anyone in need of reliable and compassionate service.
Justin was the kindest driver. He had to get my mom’s van on the tow truck in the midst of a concert ending at the amphitheater. People all around and cars everywhere and he was so patient and upbeat. We appreciated his hard work. He also figured out why her van wouldn’t start. Definitely user error
I put a single star because I couldn't put a negative number. Terrible experience with this vendor over this past weekend. Requested roadside assistance through insurance company for my son who had a dead battery was told initially that it would be 2 hours. That turned into 4 hours and when the individual arrived they were unable to jump off the car. I was able to jump it off the next day when I got back into town within minutes.
Absolutely horrible experience. I’ve never had to use their towing service before—and after this, I never will again. The dispatcher’s customer service was downright awful. After suffering a blowout at 4:40 PM, I contacted my insurance, and this company was assigned to tow me less than a mile to a nearby tire shop. The dispatcher assured me someone would arrive in 30 minutes. That was a lie.
Over an hour and a half later, I was still stranded. I called repeatedly, only to be met with excuses. First, I was told one of their trucks was down. Then I was told police vehicles were being prioritized over “regular” customers. So apparently, if you're not a cop, you don’t matter to them.
This is completely unacceptable. They left me sitting there for hours over a simple tow, with zero urgency, zero communication, and zero accountability. Save yourself the headache—I wouldn’t recommend this company to my worst enemy.
Zero stars if I could. Money hungry business. Kept getting the run around on ETA. Took 5 hours for them to tow my car. Rude dispatcher. I could go on and in but I'll save that for the owner of this business. Highly NOT recommended.
Our tow truck driver today was awesome ! I don’t remember his name but he said that was his last day there today, he was super helpful and friendly. And the dispatch lady on the phone was kind and helpful too. Highly recommend.
It's a shame I cannot just give them 0 stars. They were initially scheduled to pick my car up at 12:11am. It is not 4:43 am and my car has yet to be picked up let alone delivered. Keep getting the run around when I contact aaa to ask what is going on. They tell aaa that I'm gonna have my car picked up in less than a half hour each time. I wouldn't be using them if it weren't through aaa. Years ago I had a situation with this company in which my car was impounded and I went to retrieve it 2 hours later and was told I'd have to pay 700 to get it out. I decided to pay the 700 begrudgingly but my bill of sale was in my glove compartment. They sent an employee to go find it for me (wouldn't let me accompany him) he comes back and says it's not in the glove compartment. Several days later I had the sheriff accompany me to get my belongings out of my car because I could no longer afford the 2000 the bill had gone up to. Look in the glove compartment and there it was. My bill of sale. The owner is a crook. Do yourself a favor and call a different company
My car broke down on the way to get my daughter from school. I called Classic, and Marley answered the phone. She was so incredibly helpful from the time she picked up. I locked my car and took the key, but Marley called back to check and see if we got home and did all she could to get my car back to me.
I needed a simple jumpstart after a concert at the BJCC. Classic towing was only 15 minutes away (you can check Google maps) and it took them OVER AN HOUR to send anyone out to us. Make that make sense??
The woman on the phone was extremely rude and unhelpful. She hung up on me when I asked for an explanation.

Called them at 12 in the afternoon today && it’s currently 5:00 pm. I’ve been waiting on them for so long. They have been telling me every time I call that they are 30 mins away but yet I’ve been sitting here stranded for almost 5 hours. I personally WILL NOT be using them again. Y’all should disband your company if yall don’t want to work SIMPLE !!!! Mind you it’s 85 degrees outside right now. && I’m ONLY 20 mins away from where their address is. Why does it take MULTIPLE HOURS to come to Ross Bridge in Hoover && they are in hueytown. Apparently they tell you it’ll only be a 30 min wait but it take HOURSSSS for them to even come, if they even come. WORST TOWING COMPANY EVER DO NOT USE !!!
If I could give it zero stars I def would but it’s okay because the drivers are awesome. Dispatch is bullshit at its finest. They lie to you and on you and have the nastiest attitudes I have ever encountered. I told my insurance company to never dispatch them to me again. Took 5 hrs for them to send the tow truck to my house after and eta of 1 hr.

She pulled up in 15 minutes. The exact time frame that they told me she also had a great spirit about herself. She also deliver my car, perfect. I love they service, and I appreciate her so much thanks ago i would definitely be recommending her to everyone

Marlee and Lisa were a phenomenal help during some vehicle issues while we are a couple of hours away from home for my wife's cancer treatment. They were expedient, helpful, compassionate, and incredibly knowledgeable. We will, without a doubt, be utilizing their services in the future if needed. Mr. Brian was AMAZING!!! He was really kind, and made sure to keep me informed on everything!! He handled everything like an absolute PRO, to include his customer service skills and his knowledge of the use of the machinery used to handle my truck, which I love dearly, lol! The most important thing for me however, was that he made me feel safe! I was sitting on the shoulder of a major interstate, in the middle of the night, and he pulled up with a smile on his face and in such pleasant spirits! He even shared some wonderful words of wisdom, on my trip home. Things he had no idea I needed to hear, but were right on time! Thank you Mr. Brian!! It was awesome to meet you sir!! Initially the kid that loaded my bike and gave me a ride was great. The folks were tired but courteous considering it was late. Then I get pictures on how it arrived at the cycle shop. $500+ tow. Going to need my money back. Would have emailed but it isnt an option.
