Had blow out on interstate 11 miles from house at 12am. (Hunting Jeep, no roadside assistance on this vehicle ). After spending 2hrs trying to get rounded lug nut off (wife picking me up and taking me to house and getting tools and spare). I had reached my boiling and decided to just pay for a tow.
Driver (forgot name, sorry man) was there within 30 minutes of the call. Very polite & professional the whole time. Had Jeep loaded up and at my house in 15 minutes.
Price was quoted $95 + $5/mile. But they were very kind and charged me less. THANK YOU!!
From the moment my call was answered, talking to dispatch (she was very nice), to driver (sorry, forgot his name ) the experience was top notch.

Needed to be towed unexpectedly and was in a bit of a panic. Dispatcher was very helpful and nice. The driver was equally as helpful and kind and got to me quickly. Didn’t wait long at all. Recommend 100%!

Awesome guys! Showed up within an hour, even though it was just a simple cross town transfer. My only complaint is that they didn’t follow up once the car was dropped off.
My husband and I were getting ready to leave for a vacation when we realized we had a flat tire - at 4:30 a.m. On Labor Day. Between the early hour and the holiday, I knew we were likely screwed, and mentally prepared myself to be thrown way off-schedule.
After limping to the closest gas station, we started trying to change the tire ourselves, but could not figure out how to release the spare tire from our car. Frustration ensued. I did some googling and discovered that Weil offers 24H roadside assistance.
I called, and they answered after ONE ring; I gave them the essential information and was quoted $95 and told the wrecker would be there within 45 minutes. Jimmie arrived within 20 minutes, and had us back on the road within the hour. (Turns out the spare tire drop was not readily apparent, which made us feel better!)
Jimmie was kind, patient, and in incredibly good spirits for 5:00 a.m. He made sure to show my husband every step of the process so we'd know how to handle it in the future. And as it turns out, we were his last stop before *he* went on vacation; we wished each other a good trip and then we were on our way! Big thanks to Jimmie & Weil for the quick & affordable help.
Operator was fast, friendly, and able to take care of my car with very little effort on my end. They got my car out of a parking deck! no problem within an hour of me calling for a pickup. Would use again
The driver went over and Beyond the Call of Duty. He took the time out to find out what was wrong with my vehicle, which was I ran out of brake fluid. He took me to Chevron to purchase more brake fluid and installed it in my vehicle and pump the brakes. So the fluid can go through the line. He is exceptional caring person. The tow presented a unique challenge since the wheels would not turn, but Jessica handled the situation with ease and confidence. She ensured the process was completed safely and efficiently, while maintaining a positive and reassuring attitude throughout. Her expertise and customer service truly stood out, and I greatly appreciate the quality of care she provided.

I was very pleased with Pro -Tow from my initial call to the follow up call updating me of where the Pro-Tow truck was and when he would arrive. Every message was accurate as Alan, Truck # 74, arrived and immediately got the car unlocked, hooked his charger up to the battery in the trunk, and started the car!! REALLY AMAZING as my Lexus LS500 computer had totally locked up the car, when I tried to start it. I gave up, and walked home. I left the car in the parking lot over night and called Lexus to come get it the next morning. He made what i thought was a disastrous catastrophe into a walk in the park for him. Trailer driver side axles were in the air and the front of the trailer was hanging on to the tractor axles. BadaBing BadaBoom… Done
The young man was very professional and nice. He was very detailed on what he was able to do to help me and he did just that. Thank you for an amazing job well done. He was there at a respectable time and just did an excellent job.

Very nice and polite. Patient and helpful. Usually I have anxiety and I was especially jittery after my tires blew but the guy didn't comment or acted like I was annoying. Would definitely call this service again if I ever need it.
The exceptional service provided by the individual was truly commendable. He arrived promptly and efficiently, delivering my truck without causing any damage.
