Driving from Florida, not paying attention to gauge and ran out of gas on the side of I22 around 1am. The gal was out within an hour with a gas can and jumped my car, then followed me to the next gas station to make sure I got there. $75 was surprisingly affordable, paid $90. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED IF NEED 24HR SERVICE
i know Mr Price is turning over in his grave. Since he passed, they no longer answer or show up timely. poor service. I used to use this service all the time. they have run the business into the ground
Steer Clear!!! Not the company you want to use... not punctual at all and communication is horrible. Called to have my car moved literally across the street (0.02 miles on GPS $75). Was told the driver would be 2hrs, has my number, and would notify me if the oppointment time changes. (I already expressed to the receptionist that I live 10mins away from where my car is.) I received a call 60 min later saying im outside. I feel I would have appreciated the being an hour early more under different circumstances but... I explain once more that I live 10mins away, the appointment time I was given but hey your there now so give me 10-15 mins I'll come straight to you. 15 mins later I'm here no Tow Truck in sight. After calling a few times I get a answer telling me they are down the road on their way. 40 mins later I call they assure me someone is on the way. Another 40mins later I call get dispatch telling me the driver was there already and the driver "can't be waiting around." The idiocy is of the charts by my record keeping Im Pro Black everything so don't call this a "Black Owned Business" this is sum type of "Side-Hustle" or something. Not ready to be professionals
