Drove 30 mins to see a car we were messaging about only to get there and not see the vehicle. Additionally, we went inside to ask about it and the gentleman working there was on their cell phone and never acknowledged us. We left after waiting with no help.

I bought a 2009 Chrysler 300-C,V-8 and it drove for two days before it ran hot. The reservoir seems to have a leak, needed an oil change, break pads front and back . I paid $4000 to add more issues in my life😡!

I bought my car in February drive my car for 2 weeks and it's been the shop every since now it's July 15 an my car still jot fix and they taking way to long to fit it..I try to trust them with buying a good car but it's been nothing but in the shop
I'm editing my review to say that we've only had our Mercedes 2 weeks and within those weeks we had to service it twice due to problems that we were not made aware of even when we asked. Mohamad was nice but it would've been nicer to know that we were getting a car that needed work done to it. I feel like we wasted our money buying a car from there, If you still feel lead to purchase a vehicle I urge you to please take a mechanic.
I had a wonderful experience at Empire!! This Mercedes was on my Vision board, and now it's in my driveway. Mohammad was great and very professional. The lot had a lot of people that morning, and he gave each customer attention and assistance. He is also spiritual. He and his office staff had their elements of prayer, which were in the side offices, assuring that they kept with prayer, which, as a Woman of God it impressed upon me that He served. Also, there flew an Eagle over us as they were moving My Mercedes out for Me. I'd prayed the Prayer of Psalm 91 beige I left home. I plan to return my business for my next vehicles!!!!!!!

I purchased a vehicle on 9/6/24 I drove the 3 times 1. Test drive 2.I drove to get the tag and insurance, then home 3. Then I drove to my sisters home . The vehicle stopped running from that point on it’s still setting in her complex . I asked the dealer to trade the vehicle in because they had another the same make and model. But they would not trade it in for me . On the date of purchase I tried to purchase the vehicle protection plan . But he then said something wrong with the site . And he was the one who suggested to me . But changed his mind.That was all the money I had saved and the owner would not do anything to help me. I consider them to be honest business but as we can can see they are not

I was referred to Mr Muhammed by a patient who has a towing company. I was a little hesitant at first but after seeing a few cars, talking to the workers, my husband and I test drove a car that caught our eye. They have very nice cars and the test drive was smooth. He was very honest about the condition of the car and also has reasonable prices. I think I got a steal! Purchased a car a month ago from this small dealer, and it drives like a dream! Be vigilant when inspecting your car. This dealer was so busy that he did not offer many extra details about each car, so be sure to inspect, but this is a great option for people looking for good, inexpensive options.
got sold a hunk of hot garbage. drove off the lot fine, broke down on me 3 times 3 days later. tried to get it fixed, mechanic told me it was basically unrepairable. engine was busted, Turbo was broken. started blowing smoke at me through the vents. do not trust these people like actually.

I trusted them and bought a car ( ford fusion 2016) from them and did not even inspect it. I only asked them how is it and they told me that it had no problem. After I bought it, I parked it because i remember it was a holiday at that time. I parked it until I made insurance on it. The first day I drove it to my work, I see that the transmission was not working properly. I called them and they didn't pay any attention to me and finally i changed the transmission i fix it for my self by 3350 dollar
I gave this place 5 stars because everything went perfect on both ends. Mohamad made me feel confident on the phone even before going to see the car because he gave me his word that even though the store was going to close he would wait for me and stay open a little longer and that’s what happened, I got there at exactly closing time and he still took the time to take care of me. Also not sure how to spell the gentleman name but Sahlah also helped me feel comfortable about my decision. Their cars are priced fairly, the condition of their cars are 10/10 just go to their Facebook marketplace and see the large variety of cars they have you will definitely find what you are looking for. Overall I’m happy doing business with them, oh also I really wanted the car and didn’t want them to sell it so he agreed to hold it for me with a deposit that guaranteed he wouldn’t sell the car I wanted :)
Excuse my daughters face. She was excited too! 🤣 I fell in love with my car when I saw it on a Facebook post but even more so when I drove it. Granted it will need some work but for their price, I’d recommend these guys first! Hands down best customer service I’ve ever had when it comes to purchasing a vehicle. I didn’t have to ask for a car fax because he gave it to me freely. Mohamad truly is the best- Although I have not met him personally because I live in Huntsville, he has been working with me over the phone and through text messages for the past 3 weeks. He has diligently responded to all of my questions and concerns and has gone far above and beyond what anyone would ever expect. Mo has been nothing short of extremely professional and responsive. The car arrived yesterday and looks fantastic- I will be referring friends to him, despite the fact he is out of city , and definitely plan to purchase all future vehicles from him.
If I could give zero stars I would. This company sold a car right out from under me even tho they had spoken to my bank & were aware that a check had already been cut for the price of the car. I spoke to the dealership at lunch time to let them know I would bring the check by as soon as I got off work at 3. After borrowing a car trailer to pick up the car I went to pick it up & was told that they had sold the car an hour prior to my arrival!!! I had been in constant contact with this dealership bc this was supposed to be a surprise for my wife & THEY KNEW I WAS COMING BC THE BANK & I BOTH HAD JUST SPOKEN TO THEM today. I have never seen a more unprofessional business in my life & I've been buying & reselling cars for the last 25 years. I want to prevent others from being hurt by this company the way I was.
