It was great, my vehicle showed up undamaged and the driver was very nice. Did not get a call letting me know they were on the way to me, but I had nothing going on, so it wasn't the worst thing ever.
They did an awesome job for me. They communicated well with me and handled the specific things I wanted done. Great service, communication and price! I highly recommend Foster’s for anything you need towed. If you want it done right for a good price give them a call. Special thanks to Jeremy!
I was in a wreck & very shaken up. A police officer mind you is a PUBLIC SERVANT, offered to call a wrecker for me. I thought it was a kind gesture only to find out later that if the police call for you it’s an AUTOMATIC $450.00 + whatever it is to tow it to your repair shop. Not to mention it’s another $60 a DAY if your car stays there!!! So my total bill included a gate fee of $50, JEFFERSON COUNTY POLICE CONTRACT amount $340, tow/hook fee, $125, Plus $5.50 a mile almost $600.00!! This is a SCAM!!!!!!! All I can say is thank God for credit cards!!

Company charged to disconnect drive shaft but didnt reconnect it saying its not something they do they will only disconnect it im confused if you charge an extra fee for it then why not complete the job its not like your doing it for free 0 stars definitely when I use them again and not recommended also, when scheduling them, they took over three hours to arrive once they arrive to pick up the vehicle then not deliver my vehicle to my house until 4:20 AM kind of confused on why they will keep the vehicle for so many hours without delivering
15 minutes waiting time, knowledgeable driver. No problems encountered would use this service again what I had to pay for it I've got insurance but it doesn't work till 12:01 tonight
I rate my driver with five stars. He was courageous, a safe driver and professional the whole way. I give him two thumbs up. And bravo to the Foster company for their speedy service and professional support on the phone.
Picked my truck up at 400 in the morning off dear foot pkwy. Carried me and my truck home to Steele al. Dropped at the garage door where I could work on it very nice and careful with my truck.
The worst experience I've ever had from a wrecker service. I own 9 vehicles and have to use tow companies quite often. The staff is rude, and the tow bill was the highest I've ever been charged. The office smells like mold and isn't in the best area of town, also I didn't feel safe to leave my car on their lot, even for one night. I don't leave reviews often at all, but I feel it's necessary to point out this company's obvious flaws. Do youself a favor and call another wrecker service.
Jerry knew everything from getting into my vehicle when locked, to taking it out of gear without a key, and not damaging my front wheel drive whe pulling. Quick service with expert drivers!
Had Martin as the driver to pickup my vehicle and he did an amazing job. Got to to location I needed the car moved from in a good time and and took care of the vehicle while loading and unloading it.
Their customer service was great the guy was very helpful with assisting me with my tow. He was even willing to come to my house to get my keys due to me having to leave my vehicle in a shopping plaza parking lot. I would definitely recommend them for your next tow.
Had a steel shelter to move. Two other places had set up appointments, then never showed, never called, never answered. Wasted my time, my neighbors’ time (they had to move cars), and the shelter owners’ time. I set up with Fosters, and they called an hour ahead to tell me they were going to be 15 minutes late- which was a great improvement over the others. Then Martin coordinated with me to make this a very smooth transport of an offbeat item- bulky, awkward, and very heavy. He was friendly, happy, and willing to use his experience to get the job I needed done as efficiently as possible. Would highly recommend!
Great company! Thank you to the guy who works within the office for speaking with me on yesterday (JULY 19) However; whichever driver that I spoke to on July 20 between the times of 11am-2pm is EXTREMELY rude. There was some
misinterpretation between the driver and I, which is fine but instead of the driver being cordial with me he decided to just hang up in my face. Yes, I do understand that there are other things that has to be done but there SHOULDN’T be ANY REASON to be rude or disrespectful to any customers. He needs to be talked to about his attitude and because he is working in customer service, he needs to learn to have better respect, understanding, and dignity to others!
I can't say enough about my experience here. The lady on the phone was very personable. She called me every step of the way. The man who actually towed the truck was awesome. He took great care when getting it and by putting it exactly where I asked. He drove his truck better than any wrecker I've ever seen. I feel their price was more than justified. I appreciate all of you so much!! Thanks again
