I've been here several times for issues with cars and have never had any problems. Everyone is very honest and never try to sell me anything I don't need. You can tell they know what they're talking about!
My truck wasn't balanced right had to take somewhere else that had experience jacks didn't they stand around and play to much instead of doing there job
They are not professional at all , my car was there one week just to get a diagnosis, then the dash board glass where your mph is is all cracked up and he said he didn’t do it it’s from the heat but it wasn’t like that when I dropped it off so after work tomorrow morning I’ll go file a police report .
All of my personal belongings was missing out of our car, when we got car back!terrible for business!! do not use sam jacks they will jack your stuff!!
I have known them all my life. Good people and consistently superior work. If the problem your having is something they thing simeone else could do a better job on they will actually refer you to them, but 90% of the time they can do what you need in house. I have never had a bad experience or labor prices i thought were unreasonable.
I’ve known and heard stories of this establishment my hole life, I can say they are consistent in their sour disposition. However upon dealing with another outfit in town, i realize SJ was not dishonest. It was a bad situation we both were in. I do appreciate SJ Professionalism
Paid for a headliner 2 weeks ago. Called to schedule pick up and Mike has avoided my calls. So called and talked to Sam. The owner. Told him the situation. To Wich he replied. "Go screw yourself"
