My experience with this towing company was horrible!!! They are extremely expensive & there customer service is equal to a sanitation department.. towed my vehicle at around 2:30pm on January 29th called them at 4:45pm to retrieve my vehicle guy say's there closed ok fine. Charged my $50 storage that night. Picked up vehicle at 3:00 pm on January 30th charged another $50 plus $375 for tow.. total $475 how is this acceptable???? Discussing!!!!!!
If I could give negative 5 stars, I would. My father had a heart attack and died, wrecking his vehicle. This company was called to tow the car by the emergency responders. When my mother, who had just lost her husband of more than 60 years, tried to come pay for and collect the car, she was treated with disrespect, and evasion, which allowed the company to charge for additional days. Despite calling daily, and going to the place of business multiple days, she was told they were not open, and they even tried to overcharge her per day. This is totally unacceptable and a disgrace to our tight knit community. I hope that people will take note and refrain from doing business with these selfish people.
It's outrageous that businesses in our community are preying on grieving widows and families in crisis with brazen scams. When confronted about sudden price changes, the staff becomes hostile and rude. After reading past reviews, it's clear this unethical behavior is a long-standing pattern.
10/10 will take advantage of grieving widows, Lady up front is extremely rude, cold and callous. Customer Service is SERVICE. It is a privilege to have the community business and you have lost mine and everyone else in the area that I know. In this community we support each other. Shame on you.
Charged me 900.00 after towing it 2 miles. They don't want you to be able to get your vehicle out of there. Someone should report them. Idek if what they are doing is legal.
I have seen lots of trailers that were supposedly dot/ pm done by Ronnie Hill and these same trailers we catch it at another location just days after he supposedly went over the trailer and it was never greased had cracked/ non passable brakes on trailer I don't recommend this shop this shop is like a shade tree mechanic shop
This is a very strange situation. Our driver informed us that he had a nail in the tire. We find the place, I called and asked if they repair tires, and they said yes. When our driver arrived, they said the tire needed to be replaced. We agreed, and we had our spare tire. However, BE AWARE, they told us it would cost $190 TO REPLACE THE TIRE WITH OUR OWN TIRE. We had no choice, so we agreed. They said they were going for lunch and would return. After 2 hours, they said they wouldn't replace the tire for us because they didn't have time. After 2 hours of waiting. They are extremely unprofessional in their work.

The owner and his staff are very helpful. When they replaced the fuel pump in my truck and I got it home it still had a problem they came out to my home and had the part that was needed and fixed it right in the driveway. I call that GREAT customer service.
Needs to have more workers apparently. We was broke down in 18 wheeler right across the street from the business. We walked over there and ask about a fuel filter and help off side of road.We was told by Joe he didn't know what to tell us cause he was only one there today and he wasn't walking over there.As big as this place looked you would have thought they could have helped us.So hope you get some help Joe ,cause we are disappointed customers.
