Convenience ruins car paint.
My Papa always told my mother never take your car into a car wash.
He was right.
After taking my vehicle into a car wash in 2023, it got that big within a year and a half.
Never again will I use that service.

Beyond Satisfied! They did a great job painting the side of my truck bed at a very reasonable price and didn't take long at all. Fixed my loose bed trim and shined up my plastic bits. I literally have zero complaints. I got done exactly what I wanted.
Right from the start the staff at Ronnie's were very friendly and welcoming. They had fair pricing and somehow managed to do everything I wanted within a weeks time. They even contacted me several times throughout the paint job asking me questions to make sure that they were doing everything to my specifications and liking. They miraculously managed to take every dent out and make my ride as new as can be, and I couldnt be happier. I highly recommend their service withought a doubt and will most definitely use their service in the future for my body work needs.
I had been in a little accident. It wasn't an emergency but I was hit by a deer . Who decided to take a mirror out. So since I use my mirror I was in a desperate need. Everyone else gave me the next week speech and I was like no queen I just can't. So I called Ronnie and they were closing early but she was like sure come now we will look at it. I drove there (mirror dangling) and met the nicest owner ever . She was so sweet and told me to bring the mirror and she would just charge me a few dollars. The even took the dangling mirror off. So I ordered the mirror 2 days it came and I took it to her and the painted it . A few days I had that mirror put on the paint matched perfectly. She stood by her word and charged me what was quoted. Sadly the deer didn't have any insurance and he fled the scene before helped arrived. He left hair on the window so we got dna. Yes I would recommend them yes. You won't regret the experience.
I came in off the street on an issue with my door not sealing up right. They rendered some experimental techniques based on experience and IT WORKED. They didn’t charge me a dime either.
Had repairs done to side of car, dented and scratched up. Other shops said we needed a new door. They had the car for 3 days and the work was great. Car looks like new!

The first time I got my vehicle back they painted the accused me of being picky. Finally agreed to match the paint and fix the issues. Got it the second time still poorly put together and painted the parts while still on the car and over sprayed on my hood and more dirt under the paint. Still didn't fix the damage they did on the bumper. Took it back a third time with her promising to remove the parts repaint them and install them correctly. Even more damage to the bumpers paint found evidence that she lied and never removed the bumper and even used touch up paint to fix spots they caused. Now there is scratches in the clearcoat on the bumper . These people are a joke and I'm really just considering taking my car to a body shop that actually have talent and just taking them to court to pay for the damage they caused and subpar work.
I called Ronnies Paint and Body and got their email address to send them images of an item I needed painted to get a quote or idea of a price. I never got an email response or call back. I called them again to let them know this, they said they had not checked their email in over a week but would check it after our call and reply to me. Its been over a week since that call and over two weeks from the first call. I will take my business and money to a business that appreciates it and knows what customer service is and how to appreciate the customer. Pathetic and horrible customer service and customer appreciation!
Great place fixed the door to my Chevy Blazer the work was good quality, mechanics and staff very helpful and friendly, the price was reasonable and we're so glad we came in to have it fixed there will be back if we need more work highly recommend
FANTASTIC WORK AND CUSTOMER SERVICE, ALL IN A VERY SHORT TIME! I WAS WELL OVER IMPRESSED I SHOULD SAY THE LEAST WITH THE WARM WELCOME AND SERVICE RECIEVED. NOT ONLY THAT, THE WORK THEY DID WAS ABSOLUTELY BREATH TAKING I FELT AS IF MY TRUCK DROVE RIGHT OUT OF A MAGAZINE. TO TOP IT OFF MY TRUCK WAS DETAILED INSIDE AND OUT. I WOULD RECOMEND RONNIES PAINT AND BODY TO EVERYONE!!!!
My experience was horrible. I was in a accident, in which I ended up needing a new bumper along with other stuff. Two weeks after getting my car back, my newly replaced bumper started falling off. My paint started chipping off. I have two dents on both sides of my car from which their tow truck caused. Very sloppy work. Save yourself your money and the headache. Had I have an older car, I would not have been upset, however since my car is fairly new, being upset is a understatement. I will not be back.
