Kevin H was highly professional and I felt very confident in his abilities. I have a new electric vehicle and it went bezerk. Stellantis called another provider and they quickly gave up however Kevin H with Goodyear went above and beyond. He even researched the vehicle to find out some measures we could take. Ultimately he had to put the vehicle on skates. His skills are highly impressive and I will make sure to recommend them going forward.
Cannot give enough praise to both drivers-Jason & Troy!! I was stranded at Cracker Barrel. Had an electrical issue with my rv & Jason arrived 1st- realized his truck was a bit too large for my smaller rv- Troy then arrived & got me to a Chrysler dealership. Both were very personable, skilled and very knowledgeable with their services. I'd like to thank them both for getting me on my way.

After requesting my (now previous) insurance carrier(Direct Auto) to arrange a tow through my roadside service plan and waiting literally over 3 hours, I called Kevin Goodyear. They were professional and timely. They were quick to respond. In addition, they provided me a text link of the invoice that included everything I needed for a reimbursement from Direct Auto (insurance that I immediately changed to AAA).
Last night my boyfriend’s truck locked itself with the keys inside and it still running, i can’t remember the man’s name but he drove nearly 45 minutes to help, he was so nice, and answered every question my boyfriend had with a smile. He even recommended when he could find his own kit in case it happened again, i’m so thankful for them turning a very stressful situation into a very good experience with this company!!
My car broke down on me in the middle of the highway, made the call for the truck, customer service lady was very polite and got right to dispatching Evan out. He got there pretty quickly loaded up my baby and we got on the road. Let me tell you Evan is a great conversationalist took my mind completely off my broken car with stories and recommendations for places to check out. All in all a great way to end a scrappy day. Our truck broke down with an explosives load last evening. The mechanice came out and tried to do everything he could to fix us on the side of the road. Turns out it needed more help than what anyone thought. They were able to help us get unhooked and towed to a place to wait for another truck and then towed us to the KW dealer as well. SUPER friendly and helpful!!!! HIGHLY recommend this company as they went above and beyond to help us anyway they could!!!
Evan went far above and beyond his job yesterday trying to help me. I am out of town and had a tire come off the wheel. He called every shop in town and did everything he could do to help me. I would highly recommend this service.
After the first towing company pulled a no show after I waited for over an hour they we're dispatched to me and Evan Watford was quick and called me to let me know he was on the way! 15 minutes later he was hooking my car up. It's the way I remembered it being years ago when you could expect a company to go above and beyond to be of excellent service. The driver they sent was extremely helpful. Dispatch knew exactly what to ask so the right equipment showed up to do the job. Truly a perfect experience given the circumstance since I was broken down. After this experience I'll never call another type company if Goodyear Towing is an option.
