They just opened this location about a 1/4 mile from my house , it is one of there distribution stores and is huge . They have had all that I needed so far , it is clean , the personal have been very helpful . The only reason for the 4 stars is they seem to be just a little higher in price on some items , but the closeness sometimes makes up the difference.
Awful management. A few months ago, called to check stock for my car, they had it, allowed me to pay over the phone and my mechanic went to pick it up and repair my car while im at work. Seamless and smooth. Now, they have minimal stock available for my car, tell me it's $39 for the special. They refuse to let me pay over the phone and tell me I have to go online and create a pick up order. I go online and online shows no stock for my car except a different one than in store. Online refuses to give me the oil change advertised price and charges me $11 more than when I just called ($50). Im told online they won't give you same price as in store. I told them my mechanic, who was a lady would be coming to pick it up, exactly what she looked like and her name with a copy of the order and receipt from online purchase. That wasn't good enough, they required her to have my ID now to pick it up. Then still act like they are unsure of giving the mechanic my oil. They treated us like we are scammers and possibly frauding someone out $50 worth of oil and filter (that shouldve been $39) for a very specific car type. Really? Very unhelpful and unpleasant to deal with. Will not use this store again for anything and will drive further in opposite direction to get parts and save my $11 I was just cheated out of as well because prices are different online where we push you to. Avoid this ridiculous place.
Stephen and his team did an amazing job taking care of us today. Quick, efficient & kind. The kind of service you need. When your vehicle is having issues. They’ve earned a customer for life, with us! ??
Great people knows there job helped us fine out what was wrong with our car, and gave us ,the price, and did the test on it in heat, it was 98 that day so go see them if you the right parts.
I want to Thank Kris for coming to our rescue. Battery went dead at the HOBo pantry. Called and he came in his personal truck to change it out. Thank you for your willingness to go above and beyond.
Steven at the headland o Riley’s went beyond the call of duty to help me he is awesome and I appreciate everything he has done to get my car back on the road, thank you Steven you are the best!
We were heading home and my husbands a mechanic and his engine threw a cylinder code that he wasn’t familiar with telling us cylinder E and everything online shows numbers, but the guys at this store location were able to locate which cylinder number was E. They saved the day with us being 6 hours from home and having an ignition coil on hand.
I stopped here after my trip to Panama City because I was having coolant issues and it turned out to be my radiator 3 hours from home, I really want to give a huge shout out to the manager Steven. He was a really great help, an like my wife said I hope everything you want out of life you get because you deserve it for the person you are. Will always be thankful for the service you provided for us and will be popping in on our next vacation and hope you are there.
P.S. My daughter wants your dog. ?
Sid was so wonderful he changed my windshield wipers in the rain after already knowing what I needed soon as I walked in the door!! By far the best service I’ve ever received at any automotive place
I would love to give this store 5 stars because up until today the customer experience has been OUTSTANDING, but today was very different. There is one employee (Cody) that has been an absolute nightmare to deal with. What could’ve been just two trips to the store became 4 trips to this location and one to the Dothan store. He doesn’t seem to know anything about the parts or inventory that the store carries. He can’t seem to find anything in the back & his excuse for taking so long to retrieve something for me was that it was on a top shelf and he is scared of heights. I will say this though, my last visit to the store today was much better, we were greeted and helped by Stephen who made sure to apologize for his co-workers attitude and lack of experience as well as making sure that we had everything needed before leaving this time.
We needed two truck batteries and were able to get to the store until a little after closing. Before I could even ask Steven offered to keep the store open a little later to help us out. Thanks again!!
SERVICE WAS EXCELLENT, MR NOAH AT THE HEADLAND AL..LOCATION..WAS VERY HELPFUL, HE EVEN INSTALLED MY HEADLIGHT BULBS FOR ME..VERY CURTIOUS, VERY NICE GUY...I APPRECIATE HIM ALOT FOR WHAT HE DID FOR ME..
Great service when I finally got waited on. It took 10 to 15 minutes to get a foot of vacuum line. Two guys had come in at the same time needing a CV axle and pinion bearings so the took a while to get set up with their parts. Not a bad experience at all, but time is our biggest commodity.
Website says they are open until 8 p.m. but someone picked up didn't say anything then hung up. They are supposed to be open for another couple of hour's Im broke down. I guess I need to find somewhere else to count on
