My husband and I were on our way back from Atlanta Georgia going home to Panama City Beach Florida when we had a blow out. We had a spare tire but the tire tool wouldn’t take the lug nuts off. We have triple A so I submitted a request with them for help and within five minutes they called and said that Redtop Auto would be there in ten minutes. And in ten minutes they were there. Terry was the employee that came and helped us out. He was awesome!! He had us back on the road within 5 minutes. I highly recommend Redtop Auto in Slocomb Alabama. Terry was so kind and helpful! My tire got a nail in it on a long road trip. He came and put my spare on, told us where to go to get it patched, followed us there to make sure we were safe, and even gave us $2 cash when the car shop only accepted cash payment and we were just short! Can't recommend enough! He was so awesome!

The driver (Terry) called me when he was on his way to pick up my truck, which was about 8:30 pm. When he got there, he took his time to get my truck loaded safely to take it to the dealership. He explained what he was doing and why. When he got my truck delivered safely at the dealership last night, he called me to let me know. Then today, Terry called me to check to make sure the dealership had gotten in touch with me. I told him that the folks at the dealership were bragging how perfectly he had put the truck between 2 cars. My truck wouldn't shift out of park, so he had to bounce it off his rollback tow truck. Great service and great people.
I have used Redtop Auto on several occasions for transmission replacement, water pumps, steering linkage, oil change, and even tires. They have always been over the top. Never have I had to take anything back because of a concern. If They can’t make you happy the problem may be you.

On the way home from vacation, my car died. At 830pm. Terry came out and was there to help within 15 mins of being contacted. Roadside only requested a boost but he listened to me and my concerns and went above and beyond to check my car and found that a battery terminal was loose. He spent the time to fix it even though he didn’t have to. I appreciate the help and highly recommend.

Great towing experience. I acted as go-between for my 91 year old mother and AAA. Mom's car 'died' and needed a tow. She was unable to figure out AAA voice messaging procedures so I handle all for her even though in another state. We received prompt attention from Red Top through their representative, Terry. He came to the car which was on the other side of Houston County. He kept us informed and was very friendly and professional even though I admit I kept bugging him. (But it's my Mom!) He quickly determined the issue and agreed car needed towing. My mom told me he did it all quickly and efficiently. I've not always had great experiences regarding AAA but Red Top and Terry in particularly were exception. Thanks again Terry!

I highly recommend RedTop Auto in Slocum, Alabama. I was recently traveling from the gulf coast back to Atlanta when the front passenger tire on our rental car from Enteprise blew-out in the middle of nowhere. We were stranded by the side of the road in remote farmland with limited cell service in the middle of a thunderstorm. I called Enterprise roadside support, who called AAA, who called RedTop Auto. Within ten minutes the driver called me. There was some confusion about my location in the hand-off from Enterprise, but the driver quickly located where I was. The driver arrived with his tow truck within an hour. It only took him a few minutes to expertly load our vehicle onto his truck and we were off to a Firestone tire store about 20 miles away in Enterprise, Alabama. The driver stayed with me to ensure everything was OK, and even offered to drive me to Dothan, Alabama (another 20 miles away) where Enterprise had an open rental center if they couldn't make a repair. Fortunately, the store was open and they had the exact tire in stock. They replaced the tire within 20 minutes and I was back on the road to Atlanta. RedTop Auto treated me like family - the way I would want my wife or daughter to be treated if they were ever in such a situation. This was one of the best customer service experiences I've had in years, and they turned what could have been a really bad day into a positive outcome. Redtop Auto and Towing service guy Mr. Terry came to my rescue tonight! He came to my job eith expectations of towing my vehicle. He was so nice and helpful. He found my spare tire/donut and my jack hidden in my vehicle. He did the job in rainy cold weather. The ground was wet and he got on hands and knees to help me. I did not know I had a spare tire or a jack. He also went above and beyond and followed me to the nearest gas station to put air in the donut because it was a little low. He told me to call him anytime, day or night and will come help me anytime I need it. I sure hope he gets a raise and praised by his employer. Thank you again Mr. Terry for all your help tonight! This place has earned a new and recurring customer. I rarely feel like I fully trust automotive shops. I've been taken too many times. Jeremy was very patient, respectful, and straightforward. He gave me an estimate before he started and stuck to it. They also gave a 3 year/36000 mile warranty. That's solid. I finally found someone I feel like I can trust and we love that it's local and not a big "brand". Hometown friendly with professional quality work. Can't beat that.
