Broke down on my way to work. Jimmy Lazenby told me he would handle it. They had me loaded up in no time. He delivered my truck to the repair shop, and I wasn't even late for work. Great service!

We had a family member that broke down just outside of Wetumpka at night and Jones was the first wrecker service that was able to pick her car up. Jimmy came out promptly and had the car hooked up. He also stayed with her an extra 15 minutes after hooking up until we were able to get there and make sure she was safe. He really went the extra mile to and gave very professional and courteous service. Would definitely call them again if needed.
The car was hauled about 20 minutes to Prattville and the price was very reasonable for the service.
Had a breakdown several miles from home and needed my 2500 Silverado towed to my house. I was dealing with tight scheduling availability and Jimmy did everything necessary to be accommodating. Quick, friendly service at a very reasonable price. Call these folks any time you need towing service!!!!!
Jimmy was awesome! He responded immediately and was able to get the job done without any problems. Dropped my old Ranger truck right where I wanted it.

Very friendly as they robbed me. My car was impounded because someone that was driving it did not have a license and they charged me $275 plus $25 a day storage just to pick my car up and cash only no debit no nothing like that over the phone. No evidence of money coming in if it is not taxed. But he took my $300 so fast.
I needed to have my vehicle towed back to my house. They immediately dispatched a truck to come pick my up my Jeep. Ken was the driver and was a great guy.
Driver got there in a timely fashion and helped me feel comfortable given the circumstances of hitting a deer, he however ignored my comment about using the tow hook to pull my car and stalled several times trying to drive it up onto his flat bed.
Do not call this place they will gouge you in price! My truck was not even a mile from my house...i called another tow company and they knew who exactly I was talking about and said they are known for robbing people charge me 200 dollars 75 more then the average
How ironic,t the only bad reviews are the ones who got their vehicle towed due to illegally parking their car or when it got impounded due to law enforcement having it impounded --breaking the law or if it was involved in a accident. Either way we are the best and only respond when we get called. Stop breaking the law or rules people.
These towers were incredibly rude to me. Evidently, my apartment complex asked its residents to move their cars so as to repaint the parking stripes, and cars that weren't moved would be towed at the owner's expense. When I tried to move my car (before the company had even finished hooking it up) they simply said "sue me" and towed it regardless.
I thought this was very unprofessional, and even though this may be a one-time occurrence, I can't recommend a business that thinks this type of treatment is acceptable. The tower's name was Jimmy.
