Unbelievably excellent service. We had a blowout on our trailer. We called Taylor and he replaced it under an hour. He was quick, honest, and made me feel calmer.

Our family had a tire blow out on Interstate 65, 20 miles from our destination. Taylor’s Towing did a wonderful job getting our vehicle towed to our hotel. Highly recommend!!! We were halfway home from a beach trip on I65 on a Saturday afternoon when our car threw the serpentine belt. Robert answered the call and headed towards us immediately. He drove us to O'Reilly's Auto Parts (so we could buy a new belt), and fixed our car right in the parking lot! He turned a bad situation into a best possible solution. Robert was respectful, polite, and helpful. He was amazing to work with! If his business were in our hometown, we would be repeat customers! So wonderful to meet people who are still willing to go above and beyond to help others.

My truck overheated on 65. Called Taylor's towing and they was out in 30 min. Robert looked at my truck for me and showed me the hose blew. He saved me alot of time and money. Robert Taylor did an amazing job getting my trailer on his truck which he got on perfectly. It was low air in the other tires and he checked and aired them up too. He stayed and assisted the Walmart auto care to get me back on the road and I was stranded on 65 a bit afraid. Such a professional Christian family man goes the extra mile. My experience with Taylor towing was exceptional. After experiencing a breakdown on highway 65 south, on my way from Virginia to Texas, I was extremely lucky in reaching out to them. Not only were they professional, but conducted themselves in a timely, friendly manner. They showed up as promised and were very accommodating. Thank you for making an awful experience, more bearable!

My brother is traveling from NC to Texas and a wheel on the Trailer that he has hitched to his pickup damaged. He was left in the middle of nowhere, distraught, not knowing what to do, he called me and while he was explaining the situation to me, what I call an Angel sent by God arrived to help him. Tylor's Towing & Wrecker, in addition to being very friendly, gave him a reasonable price, recommendations for where to spend the night, and promised to do everything in their power to fix it as soon as possible. Thanks to them our anguish lasted less than 10 minutes. I highly recommend it.

Great all around experience. Family run business that will take care of you. I had to have my vehicle towed to a dealership for repair work. They communicated with me regarding pricing, when to expect the arrival of the tow truck, and even allowed me to ride to the dealership. Joey took great care of everything!!

Michael Taylor and his crew were absolutely the best towing service I've ever used in my lifetime. He really cares about his customers. Especially the safety of his customers. I would give him a 110 percent or even higher. Super awesome dude!!!!!

My car threw a temper tantrum on the way home to Birmingham from the beach over the Thanksgiving holiday. I called another local towing company to get it off the interstate and was wildly unhappy with every aspect of their service. I ended up needing to have it towed again the next day but refused to deal with the other company again so I called Taylor's. They were absolutely wonderful. They got there quickly, were very helpful and friendly, and were just all-around fantastic. They really helped make an incredibly stressful situation a little easier. I'm very grateful and highly recommend them!

Late on Friday night, I had a blowout in my rare (and extremely valuable to me) BMW. Of course it has run-flat tires and no spare and the tire was absolutely destroyed. I was stranded in the middle of nowhere. Joey picked me up and towed the car to the nearest tire store that might have my tire and is open on Saturdays. He then took me to a couple hotels until he found one with a room for me. He went above and beyond to make sure my car was safe and sound... And me too. If you find yourself in a jam, don't hesitate to call these guys. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

The absolute best customer service with the fastest response time of any towing company I have ever used. Had a flat in Georgiana on the way home from the beach. Had no idea who to call, so thankful the Lord led me to call Taylor’s Towing & Wrecker out of Minter Al. Showed up, helped get the spare tire down which was the problem, it wouldn’t come off. He put the tire on and we were on the road pretty quickly. I cannot recommend this company enough! I would give a 10 out 10 if I could. Thank you so much for your help.

Joey was a great help. I had a flat tire in the middle of a family emergency. I was traveling late in the evening and my tire went flat on the interstate. Roadside Assistance let me down, but I was able to find Taylor's, and they worked with my insurance to get me going. Joey was super nice and had my tire changed in minutes. I definitely recommend Taylor's for your needs if you are around the Minter/Greenville area.

I was into my trip from GA to LA when my transmission went out. Robert Taylor not only towed my vehicle, he drove us more than 50 miles to get a rental car. In addition, he's taking car of getting my car fixed so I didn't have to miss my cruise. People as professional and caring as Robert are extremely rare. I highly recommend this trustworthy business. This man goes beyond what's expected. Cannot thank him enough.
