  Worst customer service ever. My husband went in to get his tag and the dispatcher I think Skylar was her name hit on him . Not professional at all when I called to complain the manager crystal laughed thought it was funny they lost the tag. Another worker was on her cell phone. If there was a 0 rating I would choose that

  The manager crystal is rude and talks down on you, and skylar does nothing to help . My car was towed there and I went to get my stuff out and the whole office was rude . They need a new manager. I plan to file a formal complaint against crystal

  My motorcycle was just picked up here in Niceville Florida. The driver seemed to be drunk or high on something. He dropped the bike denting the gas tank and busted the brand new windshield. Had to get my neighbor to help him drag it onto the trailer.

  I had to travel 2 hours to get there. Then I find out ,they went through my car put my stuff in trash bags and when I got home and had a chance to go through the bags , my cpap machine was missing, all my paperwork that was in the glove box and my medication for my blood pressure and diabetes was also gone and they won't replace any thing or take responsibility for anything missing. The vehicle was still in my name, I hadn't signed anything releasing ownership or given them a title.They had no right going through my property without my consent .

  Pésimo servicio y lo peor es que tienen los fee más alto de todas las subastas. Alteran las fotos y esconden los daños reales de los lotes para vender. A la hora de pagar complican todo exigiendo cosas que son absurdas y pidiendo detalles que ni ellos los entienden

  Destroyed my husband's license plate and refuses to pay the fees to replace. In alabama the law is your plates follow you, and yet they destroyed it in removal though they have the tools necessary to remove it. Now due to the general manager, Krystal Watson's lack of customer service and disrespect we now have to fork out more money and legal fees to fight this bulls***. Have evidence but getting the run around... Her and trump's favorite words: "It is what it is." Was used.
