So my driver runs out of fuel tow 2350 less then 10 miles because state trooper was called out ok fine paid I traveled from Atlanta to put fuel in truck not even 10 mins Cracks driver attempts to leave driver shaftout nice lil lady pops it back in next no air pressure tow driver/ owner wants to say my driver lost it so truck is possibly stuck till Monday owner we won't charge you any extra fees I come back with part that somebody lost their is a 75 gate fee n oh owner is very rude but I stayed clam didn't disrespect wife hello how are you thanks have a great day all is done and paid but if you broke and need it this isn't the way just ask vs nickle and dime your custenier
I’m a big rig driver and was sitting on an off ramp with my drive shaft broken…This guy pulled up and offered to tow me for free over to the Loves…I was so grateful and thanked him profusely!!!
There is a reason this place is 5 stars. They are fast, lower prices then the competition, and the driver i had, she was great. After a stressful night being stuck on i20 cold and almost getting hit nukerous time by semis, ahe dedinately was great about helping make my stress disappear. Id recomend them to everyone, if they had higher then 5 stars thats what id rate them. Butvsince they dont Add my ++ to those 5 stars thats how hight id rate them

I’m a local trucker and today the transmission in my truck decided to take an unplanned vacation leaving me stranded at the shipper. I called my company breakdown number and they subsequently called Burleson Towing to come get me and my truck back to my terminal. I know my company has a contract with Burleson to tow their trucks, but I feel like I have to give a review and here’s why. Daniel (the owner) came out in what I thought was pretty quick time (just around 2 hours from Moody to Scottsboro) and was immediately apologizing for being a little bit late. He explained that on his way to where I was he saw another broke down and stranded semi truck in the left lane on I-59 and pulled over to get that driver safely off to the shoulder to not only ensure that drivers safety but the safety of other motorists as well. The fact that he stopped and helped another driver who had not called him for service simply to help out and make sure everyone was safe (and did it for free) shows the type of person Daniel is and also speaks volumes to the type of service that his company provides. Kindness and helpfulness like that is rare these days, especially in the trucking industry so I felt I had to call him out for that! I highly recommend anyone needing a tow that is within their service area to call them because they do great work!
My family and I received great service from Burleson Towing. They were quick to respond and towed my vehicle to a local mechanic. I highly recommend giving them a call if you need a tow.
Had the BEST experience with Burleson Towing and Recovery! With all other on-call workers being busy, the owner himself came and met my boyfriend and I around 2am (& in the rain!) to help us with a bad tire. He was beyond helpful, patient, and kind to us! We would HIGHLY recommend Burleson Towing and Recovery to anyone needing roadside assistance!
