Absolutely the best customer service I've seen in a long time , and very friendly . Our vehicle broke down in front of there shop ( we are from Kentucky) while traveling to the beach, and they did everything in there power to help us get what we needed. I can't thank them enough. They where great ! Thank you again for all your help
Awesome people, no bs, straight forward service. They won't accept checks but in this economy, can't say I blame them..I had a great experience and would and would recommendthem 100%
The thing I really like about Morris Auto is if they can't help they'll tell you or give you advice of what the problem may be. They aren't out to rip you off like a lot of places. They installed my fuel pump (plus towing) I didn't have a heart attack when I saw the bill
They were able to fix my headlight problem ,when everyone else had a major issue!!! I thanked the very nice gentlemen there and went bout my way ... What some Christmas cheer blowing in the air !!!
I myself have been doing business with Chris for almost 20 years. I've never had a bad experience with Chris Or any of the people hes had working there over the years. I will always go there when I need parts.I drive over 70 miles now one way just to go there pass numerous junkyards along my way but I'm not stopping anywhere except for Chris's.
Where do I begin? Okay, so I got directions to this place about a year or so ago (if you are not from the south like me, boy oh boy) I made a wrong turn into this guys yard and ended up in back of his business instead of the front (following these crazy directions from folks) as soon as I notice that I was in back of the business I turned around. On my back out the owner Chris Morris and a couple of his thugs drove up on me in a blue pick up truck with guns pointing at me. I immediately stop my vehicle as they block the entrance to get out. This man got out of his truck and called me every name under the sun while toying with my life as he pointed his riffle at me as I gently explain to him that I was not from Alabama I just move to the area and all I needed was a part for my car (the part was a passenger side mirror) he then began calling me a liar stating that I was a thieving Ngga and he should just kill me for driving through his yard. After several minutes of him toying with my life he finally realized that I was not from Alabama and he let me out. Once I got free from that psychopath I called the Sheriff Department and a deputy came out there to assist me the deputy had me talk to the lunatic and he tried apologizing but I was like hell nah. I would rate this place a zero if it was an option.
