These people are amazing. They came to the rescue when no one else did and they went above and beyond the point of duty. These people are the absolute best.
Wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. Was told in February they could move my motorhome on a roll back we scheduled a time for them to come and everything was good. They show up with a boom truck and act like I never told them what I needed after sending pictures and confirming length and width. They tell me at 9 am that morning they will be there with a land all truck and trailer. I wait around till 4:30 pm in the middle of July for them to call and tell me they can’t get it at my new house. I just had a double wide brought in they just didn’t want to do the job. If you need anything towed call R&D towing and recovery out of leighton al. Those guys loaded it on a roll back and actually know how to drive a truck.
Since it won’t allow me to write a new response. I absolutely gave the right information your company was too incompetent to listen. I requested a roll back not a boom truck. R&D used a smaller roll back then what I was told you had and had no issue. I stated the rv weighed less than 10,000 with a max length of 31 foot and a height of 8-9 foot. The truth is you didn’t want to do the job and left me waiting all day. No misinformation was given. The driver didn’t tow it because the tires were dry rotted and I was told if one popped on the way it would be my problem. That’s why it needed to go on a roll back.
Andy's is the best wrecker service around. I have used them for over a decade and have always been very satisfied by their prompt response, polite drivers and dispatchers, and their reasonable pricing.
Michael was great! He helped me get my car to the shop with no stress. he was super polite and kind. They got me a great price in moving my car for me. I will definitely be using them in the future for tow services
The review stands based on my experience You’re doing police towing and have no record of my impound from a few months ago. Which was, my car was towed by the police and I witnessed the tow truck driver looking around into my truck laughing at the situation while police were tearing the plastics apart and my wallet which was left behind in the truck by police had money missing from it. There was also a cup of quarters emptied. I don’t see how they should be doing Police towing with money missing and missing records. I have provided you with the credit receipt to your shop. If this is the owner and you’re sticking to the story I was never there I’m owed a refund
My car broke down and they were very quick coming to get us. Took me my husband and dog home as well. Super nice people would recommend to anyone in this area!!
