Just called, used this business in past multiple times, needed 2 vehicles towed from residence to residence, said it was too expensive without giving a price, and said they couldn't haul because one didn't have tires, which i said I'd put tires on it and still said no, and the the other had no transmission, still said no. Which is odd because they just hauled a bunch of stuff to scrap out of front yard of their business to scrap, which get this had NO TIRES, mangled up vehicles. Asked them for reason for not towing, she said tires, even tho I told her I can put tires on the truck
Okay, I'm an idiot! I got my car stuck on a curb that I thought was a white line??? Called AAA and they sent Roger from Kevin Goodyear. How to get the car off its perch was a conundrum! But Roger figured it out in no time and sent me on my way. Jennifer in the office was kind and helpful as well. They did a great job.
I was involved in an automobile accident on 167 last year. Goodyear came and picked up my car and took it to their Enterprise yard. I forgot the exact situation, but I couldn't get in to my car at one point as they said I needed to call or come at another time. Just a small bit of inconvenience. All in all, it seems like a great towing company. I see their tow trucks all around Enterprise.
Be careful using them. This is directly from the CFO Brad … if you have a car with any after market attachments… they don’t cover them if damaged. I’m taking that means.. spoilers, rims etc eekkk

You are being deliberately deceptive,
On June 23, 2025, our two vehicles—a 2014 Kia Sorento and a 2007 Ford E250—were towed from Pineridge Drive in Enterprise, Alabama. The vehicles were legally parked on a public street, which we confirmed is maintained by the City of Enterprise, not a private HOA. Pineridge Drive and Woodfield Drive, where the vehicles were taken from, are also a public roads. This was confirmed by both the City of Enterprise Public Works, ALEA, and the Enterprise Police Department. Even a simple google search will show you that those roads are public. Both are outside the enforcement authority of a private HOA or property manager.
When we contacted Kevin Goodyear Towing to ask why our vehicles were removed, we were told Enterprise Police Department (EPD) had authorized the tow. But when we contacted EPD directly, they stated they had no record of any tow occurring that day and had not issued any such authorization.
After we brought this to their attention, the explanation from the towing company changed—they then claimed the tow was ordered by Community HOA Solutions. This sudden shift in explanation raises serious concerns about the validity of the entire process. I have video evidence of your office claiming EPD authorized the tows.
We were also never notified of the tow:
No certified letter
No itemized invoice
No legal documentation of who requested the tow or under what authority
To make matters worse, other vehicles were parked in the same area on the same day and were not towed, despite being in identical positions. This selective removal adds to the appearance that our vehicles were targeted.
We have repeatedly requested documentation—photos, tow authorization, fees—and have been told we must pay first just to see what we’re being charged for. That is not how transparency or due process is supposed to work. We demand the IMMEDIATE realease of both vehicles!!
We are simply asking for basic accountability:
Who actually ordered the tow?
Under what authority?
Why were we not notified?
Why were other vehicles not towed?
We’ve spoken with multiple local and state officials who are already actively investigating. This experience continues to feel more like a wrongful seizure than a legitimate service. We hope Kevin Goodyear Towing will do the right thing and fully explain what happened and provide the documentation we've been requesting as well as immediately releasing our vehicles.
David helped me out last night and was quick and efficient. He spoke highly of the owner of the company which shows this is a great company that cares for its employees. Me and David had great conversation after he towed my vehicle. David clearly enjoys working for the company and the owner. I hope to not need it again, but for sure if I need their services, I’ll be using Goodyear towing.
The dispatcher worked hard with us to work out a snafu with our insurance company. And then Matthew was out there as quickly as he could get there and was so courteous and friendly. He towed us a long way and I know he was tired but he stayed cheerful and positive and went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of.
The mechanic James that helped me tonight was fast and efficient! He explained everything down to what he was doing and the reason for the problem. He did not complain and was completely understanding in this cold weather! Thank you James!!!

Couldn’t be happier with the speed, quality, cost, and professionalism of the service Kevin provided. Night before Thanksgiving and my friend decided to back over the fire hydrant and get his car stuck, Kevin rolled out the big rig to lift it off and was able to do so without any damage to car or hydrant. Would recommend their services to anyone needing a tow, lift, lockout, or roadside assistance.

My God! When I tell you folks I thought my truck was unable to get out of the situation it was in, I was wrong, so wrong! It was 2:00 in the morning, my dad and I was on our normal route through the woods, being country boys and nothing shy of the first down. We were cruising enjoying the cool breeze of a hot and humid afternoon that turned out to be fairly pleasant, I noticed the road was getting a little too slick for normal speed so I dropped the old truck in a lower gear thinking it might change our circumstances, but like many times before I was wrong, so wrong! That orange clay made us victim to a slide into a ditch I thought would have ended my old truck’s career, however, i had just enough battery in my phone to get in contact with kevin good year towing! A lady answered, just as sweet as they come, so nice and friendly as if we’ve known each other forever! She told me a man named Jessie was coming to save the day! I thought to myself, hey jred there ain’t a chance in hell this fella is gonna get me out of this situation, and if he does I’m gonna give them extra cause I don’t think that they could! To my surprise this guy had so much knowledge in his job, he looked at the situation, and pondered for a few minutes and said sir I can get you out of here, it’s gonna be rough and I’m gonna need your help! I said yessir and everything he asked of me I did, and the whole time I was thinking to myself, there ain’t no way in heaven that I’m getting out of here, no way at all! Next thing you know he got me out, now keep in mind we was completely sideways in a five foot ditch that was filled with water due to severe weather here in southern Alabama, I was thinking to myself if this dude can get me out I’ll give him extra! Ten minutes later I was driving my truck back home, I could breathe again, I was in a situation I thought would not end good and they helped me out so much, my gratitude is forever with this company, to help the customer, me, out in more ways than ever! Jessie, I thank you brother, you deserve the utmost respect, if it wasn’t for you me and my family would be without right now, for having the knowledge to help me out and my family we appreciate you! Thank you again!
Thank goodness for these guys. We waited for 4 hours on a tow from Pinky’s who cancelled the tow with no explanation. These guys were to us in 30 minutes and we were so thankful because we had our restless 4 year old with us.
I have used them two times now and both times I've had to wait 2.5-3 hours for a tow. There are no calls or updates on when they will reach you. I called at 1:30pm and when the driver finally got to me, he said he didnt get the call until after 4pm. I will not use again!Would not recommend!!!
We required their services this memorial weekend while traveling from Iowa to Florida. Josh M was prompt, courteous, took great care that my vehicle was handled properly and even stayed and waited with us while we waited for our ride to our ultimate destination.
I'm sure all of their staff are great, but if I ever need to call them again I'll be asking for Josh M to assist me. Thanks Josh, your employer's business is better because you are a part of it.
2 days in a row I had to use Kevin Goodyear towing. Both days the drivers were very professional very courteous arrived in a reasonable amount of time. I will use this wrecker service again if I have a need and recommend them to all my friends and family.

Tow driver seemed to be polite at first until Airbag broke while hooked up to his truck while lowering vehicle i showed him the damage immediately, He became belligerent totally rude and unprofessional, he disconnected my driveshaft and said he didn’t have to put it back in and that if my driveshaft falls out don’t blame him so when I made it to a shop 3 bolts were loose that you can turn it with your hand, thx for rude service experience if you had a bad day should stay home don’t take it out on your customer… -0 star service
I was horribly stuck in a ditch and other companies could not help. I was recommended to Kevin Goodyear Towing and was truely awe struck. The technician was professional, kind, and amazingly talented. He maneuvered my car without a scratch!!! Other companies maybe cheaper but they do NOT offer the quality of service. Ask for Christian from Enterprise, he is worth the wait if you want amazing talent without scratches or dings to your vehicle!
Excellent service. Always very friendly and helpful. We own Donley's Auto Repairs and we ourselves use them frequently and refer all our customers to them. Very reasonable prices.
I meant to post this earlier but have not had the time. My family and I visited the mountains in Georgia the week after Christmas. Due to a death in the family, we drove two vehicles because some of us would have to return earlier than others. I left my vehicle with my daughter and her family while my nephew and his family began our trip home. Long story short, the transmission went out in my vehicle 5 hours from home. After going back and forth about what to do, I decided the best course of action was to bring the vehicle back to Enterprise, AL.
My experience with Goodyear Towing was phenomenal! When I called them, they quickly arranged for someone to go get my vehicle. A big shout out to them for ensuring my vehicle and family safely arrived home. I can't remember the driver's name, but he was awesome also! Thanks again for helping us out. Not sure what we would have done without you.
I got a car stuck trying to drive up an embankment from under the overpass at 167 and the Choctawhatchee river. It was a pretty steep embankment with mostly loose rocks and gravel. I had actually been up and down this exact spot in a Kia earlier in the day. Trying it again at night was not my greatest idea ever. Needless to say I got the little Nissan stuck and had the call Kevin Goodyear to come and save the (day? Night?), which they did in a relatively quick fashion. We were unstuck with all for tires back on the ground within 45 minutes of calling the dispatcher. Super friendly service. I would definitely recommend them and would call again if the need ever arises.
Needed an alternator on my RV. Called the office in Dothan AL and they sent Dustin out a few hours later. Diagnosed and had the problem fixed so I could get on the road that next day. Absolutely the BEST customer care from beginning to end. Thank you.
Wouldn't let me put less than 1 star. .. the company is very shady my motorcycle was towed and magically broke the right handle bar and apparently thing go missing over night toke my ram mount off my bike and they dont know what happen asked to talk to owner several time been 2 day no word had to wait a whole day to hear from them i ended up having to contact then after mike told ne kevin would call me after looking at damage and 2 days in and still no word for kevin
