It’s hard to find Great customer service anymore but these men and women at this oreilys really helped me out yesterday when another store wouldn’t. Thanks yall for changing my battery and the discount you gave me.
The worst auto parts store that ever existed. What is the point of even selling a battery with a warranty if this Heflin O'Reilly's refuses to honor it. This Heflin O'Reilly's stumbles around customer service and care like a vehicle with a flat tire. Never again will this household support that pathetic excuse of an auto parts store in Heflin. Other locations and stores are a world better.
I had been given the wrong size brakes and went to return them and a young man with black curly hair was rude and disrespectful toward me so I had called husband to explain and he was same way and tossed my phone at me when he was done . I will not be back ever
Sometimes you don't remember that you need new windshield wipers until you pull out of your garage into a down pour. The staff at O'Reillys knew exactly what wipers I needed...beat the competitors price, AND put them on my car in the pouring rain. 10 out of 10. I Highly recommend the Heflin O'Reilly.
I would give them 10 stars if I could. My daughter was driving home from college and in a town she did not know when her car broke down ... at night, on a weekend, when everything was closed. AAA said they couldn't do anything for her except take the car somewhere and leave her stranded.
These amazing men found us a local mechanic after their own guys had already gone home, and Tommy drove out to make sure my daughter was safe and stayed until the car was fixed and my daughter could drive home safely.
In our crazy world of independent people everywhere, it's nice to know that there are people like these who will drop everything they're doing to help someone they don't even know.

They always have what I want when I want it. The people seem to know what they are doing and they put on windshield wipers that were unrealistically attached. They even stay open until 9 pm.
Down to earth. And knows exactly what you need for your vehicle. Only hang-up is some parts take longer to get to their store due to their Distribution Center.

The people who work at the store in Heflin, Alabama are amazing! They tried to help me everyway possible in the cold, in the dark with my car last night! Good people still exist because i seen that for myself at this store! Thank you! I will be forever grateful!
Purchased a battery. 160 bucks. Less then 24 hours later I find the exact battery and I mean the exact same battery at another parts house for 59 bucks, the same battery at Walmart for 49 bucks. Oriellys refused to give me a refund so im out over 100 bucks thanks. Will not get anymore business from me.
I'd like to thank Nick and the rest of the staff at this location. They really helped me out with the things I needed and pointed me in the right direction for a diesel mechanic not too far off. My bus was stalling out on the road so I pulled into this place and was able to get the things I needed to get up and running. It was a long trip from AL to NY but I made it non stop. The friendly staff here is great. It's exactly what you would hope for when stepping into an auto parts store. Thanks again!
Great staff. They do what they need to make sure you can do what you must. All around good store and home to the local treasure of a man named Jason. He's a real cut-up with a heart of gold. The motley crew at this location are one of a kind. Forever needing to be re-trained on the finer points of online orders but not in a bad way at all. Reliably backwoods at an otherwise corporate type store. They'll always get my business!
New location, been open a couple of years. Inside was clean and well stocked, outside looked good even though it was raining. Had what I needed in stock and ready to purchase.
So nice seeing Will at this location! He's normally at oxford location. Literally the most helpful guy anyone could ask for! Always a pleasant experience at O'Reillys
Great customer service. I had thought I needed a new battery; one of the employees helped me discover it was a different issue and even helped to fix it.
My bike died on me in Fruithurst, I had to puppy it back to Heflin, long story short, The crew was the best at getting me taken care of.
MY hat's off to the guy's!, and store manager , you should be proud of the people you have working for you. give them a raise.
