Great Company! Great quick service! they are about they business and very professional! Drove 50 miles out to fix a tire ! Nobody in the area was open and we was right next door to a loves shop who didn’t have a mechanic till 6am ! They got us back on the road !

Terrell Thomas helped my mental meltdown...I am traveling from Michigan and trailing a 5th wheel ... My insurance couldn't help? but this guy showed up in 15 minutes. I highly recommend this guy. He had me on the road quicker than state farm insurance. Any day I am through here...he is my guy. Love you thank you from the bottom of my heart
What a savior, showed up in 10 minutes and was just incredible. Went way past the extra to help us. We were traveling south for the winter and our insurance company left us high and dry. I recommend this company anytime you need help in Alabama!!!!!!

My husband's car had a flat tire today on his way back home from Montgomery and I was referred to this company. This was one of the most reliable and fastest roadside companies l have used in a long time. The two guys that come to fix the tire was very courteous and made sure my husband made it home safely which meant a lot to me. I would recommend these guys to anyone that needs a sufficient roadside company and they showed up within 30 minutes of us calling them. Again l want to say Thanks from the Yowe Family in Pelham
We had a tire blow out on our travel trailer traveling on I65 on Labor Day headed to FL. Not being from the area I wasn't sure who to call. Central was recommended by another tow company who didn't do roadside assistance. I couldn't have been more relieved when Terrell called me back and was he arrived to assist within 20 minutes. He and his young son quickly put on the spare tire and directed us to the nearest Firestone to get the tire fixed, all on a holiday! I really appreciated his professionalism and quick service.
What a God Send.
I took a day trip to North Alabama, and on the way home my tire was pierced and flattened by something in the roadway. I drive a vehicle that doesn’t come with a spare tire only an air compressor.
I called 3 other businesses that couldn’t help, and was given Mr. Terrell’s number by the last one. He was very kind and helped me narrow where on I-65 I was, promising to get me back on the road.
He arrived very promptly and thankfully was able to plug my tire and air it up to get me back on the road very quickly.
You won’t find better help, friendlier faces, or better pricing. If you find yourself in need of roadside assistance Central Roadside Assistance is the one to call.

Terrell and his son could not have been nicer or more helpful. I called about a screw in my tire late on Sunday night and he arrived quickly and got me back on the road. I am so grateful for his time and service and highly recommend him.
I Had the pleasure of meeting Mr. Terrell last night @ around 10:30 on the hywy. Before I called I had called a few other places and got weird vibes. One guy kept asking me to send my location before I could even tell him what I was dealing with. I was traveling late night to get my son alone.?. The moment I spoke to Terrell I had a good vibe about him. I felt he was concerned and wanted to help in anyway he could??? . Thank you. Your an angel?
I have a 2005 Corolla that would not start, Mr. Thomas came to my house and within 10 minutes had me taken care of. He knows his stuff, very professional and a straight shooter!!!

I want to cry typing this . I was on the way to an interview passing through just shy before Birmingham and Terrell was great . I was on the side of the road for less than 10 minutes,He was very nice on the phone !! Extremely polite . He was able to change my tire quickly . I want to say thank you I was able to get to my interview in bham all because of Terrell . Pleaseeee call him 10/10
Awesome guys! Put a spare on my dump trailer on the side of I 65. Would recommend giving them a call if you have any tire replacement repair or roadside assistance needs.
