Staff is generally helpful but the new staff lately is fantastic! Now I go there if I even think for a second they might have what I need. The way customer service should be. They batting 1000 now!
We were traveling and quickly needed part for my husband's truck. This location was amazing and Billy (Manager) was extremely helpful. The BEST experience!
My wife and I were on our way to Pensacola when our rv started losing power. We pulled in to the Jemison O'Reilly as it was the closest parts house to us. I found a broken part under the hood that I couldn't identify. The manager came out to see it was was able to finally search out the part on their interchange list. Unfortunately, there were none in stock anywhere near. He and another gentthat showed up helped me figure out how to work around the broken part and get back on the road. Absolutely 5 stars for O'Reilly and for Jemison, Alabama.
I have to say that the men that worked at this particular store were so kind and helpful. I was there in distress. My car got a flat tire four hours away from my destination.It's a small town and they went out of their way to assist me
This is the best O'Reilly's I have ever visited. Very clean and extremely well run. The assistant Manager Billy was the most helpful individual I have ever interacted with in any automotive parts store. He went above and well beyond to help me this past Sunday morning (a very busy one at that)
Can't recommend this store highly enough. Wish they were all ran as well as Billy runs this one. A+ service!
I love this place. It's clean, well stocked and has very knowledgeable and friendly employees. If they don't have it, you can have it shipped to store free from a nearby store in a very quick time. Only brand store I use for all my parts needs.
Always had the part I needed and good customer service one time couldn't find a specific thing and they showed me a better substitute. That was really cool
This place is the Goat. The men and women who work here have done so much for me to help get my old car back in working order. They spend time looking for parts, and will come out to your car to do many things like test the batteries, tell you how to do something. The people here are the best and are the most helpful retail workers I've ever met.
I prefer O'Reilly over Auto Zone. This one is located in Jemison Alabama. Very friendly staff. It was the first time I had to go there since I been in Alabama. Very knowledgeable and understanding of my northern terms. LOL will definitely be back for some more things. Also, if you need Superior Products!! Also, a major plus!!
Excellent staff. I walked in there asking for the right air filter and spark plug for a Troy Built mower and they didn't have a database for it, but the clerk observed me walking in with the old filter in hand from across the store and he handed me the proper replacement. He went online to find the right spark plug for the mower too. Very helpful. Thank you!
I was second in line to get a new battery. More customers came into the store. I paid for the battery and ask to take it to my truck since it was too heavy for me to lift because of two back surgeries. I said that I hope my truck would crank because I had to jump it off to get to the store. The guy said they would jump it off if I could not crank my truck. I finally ask could I get someone to replace it for me. They didn't volunteer to do it. Two other workers came out to help with new customers. The manager came out and ask me what I needed. I said that I have already bought a new battery and needed it replaced. He told the one who sold me the battery to take finish with the next customer and put it in. He kept waiting on other customers. At this time there were three workers at the counter. Over 20 minutes had past and still no one wanted to help me that had already paid. I called home to tell them the problem and was headed back to counter to get my money back after waiting over 30 min. They must have heard me because I was speaking in a loud voice. The manager made the guy stop checking others out to put my battery in. The story gets worse. The parts to change the bolts could not be found. I had to wait more. The thing that piss me off was when the guy was leaving withe the old battery, I ask what was the $18 surcharge? He said it was for the old battery when returned. If i had not ask for my refund, the company would have made money. I wonder how many had not got the surcharge back. I WILL NEVER go back to O'Reilly again. I am telling family and friends how I was treated.
We broke down several hours away from home on the interstate. We pushed it here for my husband to fix the truck. We were stuck there for 4 1/2 hours and the employees were awesome. They did everything imaginable to help us out. Most of my husband's tools were at home so they were extremely helpful in that regard.
