I was stranded on interstate..reached out to Billy & he was very professional & reasonable...he informed me he would be there in 40 minutes...30 minutes later that pretty American flag wrecker pulled up...I highly recommend Billy..very professional & has nice newer equipment...also made my wife feel comfortable..Overall excellent experience..
Christmas Day 2025. My sister was trailing me in her car when she called and said she was having car trouble. She stopped at exit 219. The car had smoke coming from underneath the hood. The Lord sent Billy of Billy's Towing & Roadside Assistance. He checked her transmission fluid. He showed us where the level was. He went with her inside the store and assisted with the purchase of motor oil. He put it in and drove the car a couple of miles with her to make sure everything was fine. It was. Thanks to Mr. Billy for helping us. What a great and compassionate person. You don't find this type of person who will give out of the way to help strangers. God bless him!

I was referred here by another person that I do business with . I made the call to Billy & he came out & looked at the tire & put some air in it for me & then he went above and beyond and made a call to car shop & ordered the tire I needed & also gave instructions on how I needed to fix the hitch and ball on back of the van . I offered to pay him for his services but he did this all free of charge. That was such a blessing to our ministry . So 10 out of 10 recommend
Amazing guy, came and rescued us in a Clanton Alabama and brought us to coffee county, over 2 hours one way. We had our truck and a trailer, he knew what to do and did it amazing. Thanks

We called Billy this morning to move a disabled truck, tractor and farm equipment and lawnmowers to another location and he was fantastic! He basically spent all day helping us. He was so helpful and understood our situation and urgency. He had great knowledge of the equipment and had great recommendations with contacts to help us further. We highly recommend him! We couldn't have done it without him!
billy came and picked me up on the 4th of july without hesitation. picked my car up and brought me down the interstate to his boy chico over here at chico tires and made sure i got my full tire replaced in order for me to continue my weekend trip to panama. great guy, great conversation, and he shows his care for what he does and the people he helps. 10/10 for billy’s service. if he was local he’d be my go to. i’d take him out for a drink if i could. solid all around
Got a flat tire on I65. Billy' truck was broken down but he still drove out to locate me, called the tire shop to find me prices on a tire, and had another local company come out and get me. He went above and beyond for a stranger on need. God bless Billy! And thank you!
Thank you Mr. Billy for helping us after breaking down with camper at a gas station yesterday. He is like an angel appearing out of nowhere helping us. Our motor fan wires were cut and truck overheated as a result. Billy ran codes and looked at it and figured it out. Thank you Lord for Mr.Billy, looks like an angel too with his straight long white hair and beard. Looks like a biker angel dude. Great person. My dually truck broke down at the landfill with a trailer attached. It was not an easy tow. Billy came right out and hooked me up! He also looks like Willy Nelson's brother so...you should call him just to get his autograph. Oddly enough, the bill was $420.

If I ever need a tow again this is who I’m calling! My daughter got her car stuck in a ditch. I called at midnight & Billy answered quickly & was otw. Soon as he got there he backed that big beautiful truck up, hooked the car up & pulled her car out without breaking a sweat. 10/10 recommend

Billy's towing saved our spring break vacation!! He picked us and our truck up from a rest area off interstate 65 in Clanton, AL. He drove us to several places to locate a rental car and called an automotive shop for us to try to get it looked at the same day. After being unsuccessful with getting a rental car so we could finish the rest of our drive to Florida, Billy drove us with our two sons to Panama City Beach and dropped us off at the place we were taking our truck to get it worked on.We appreciate his willingness to help us to get to where we were staying for the week and his knowledge of the local body shops and rental car places.
We are on a family trip from Wisconsin and stopped for a bathroom break. While I didn't realize it would I locked the vehicle and the fan was inside. I started calling all locksmiths on the area when my husband spotted Billy pulling in to the restaurant across the street. He was a divine intervention to a family meltdown. He was able to get us in and we avoided major family domestic and are off again. Thank you so much! Highly recommend.

Billy was our savior today! We were headed down to south Alabama see my family for Thanksgiving, all the way from Fort Campbell, KY, when we blew a tire. My husband got out, changed it over to the spare only to realize that all the air had slowly leaked out of my spare too and we were 5 miles from the nearest southbound exit. We found Billy on Google and gave him a call, he said he could help us and was there within ten minutes to put air in our tire. Without Billy saving us today, we may not have made it to see my family. He went above and beyond for us on this holiday.
Billy’s Towing Service was very prompt in reaching me when stranded on the side of the interstate, and was helpful in explaining what to do to get my car fixed. His rates are reasonable and he showed great care in getting my vehicle on and off the truck. I was referred to him by another company who wasn’t available and I would recommend him to anyone needing a tow.
I cannot thank Billy enough for his service!! He came and towed my car within 5 minutes of getting word that I needed help. He was very kind and willing to help in any way, and saved me SO much time and money. My front bumper got damaged on the highway while roadtripping to an event that I was already running late for, and I was concerned it would have to be completely removed and I wouldn’t make it to my destination, but Billy fixed it within an hour and I made it in time. He quite literally saved my weekend and I am so grateful for his service!

What can I say about Billy’s Towing… it’s an awesome company! Billy was very helpful and super nice. We broke down coming back from our yearly vacation and was 3 1/2 hours from home. Billy’s response time was very quick, and save us from a very dangerous situation on I-65. Would definitely recommend him to family and friends who need towing/hauling. Billy’s service is incredible! Our story is lengthy but here are the highlights. While traveling on the interstate, we began to have a flat. We made it to a gas station that recommended that I call Billy. He came immediately (on a Sunday, in the rain). Billy accessed the situation, filled the leaking tire, and gave me information and directions to a tire center about 20 (+/-) miles away. I tried to pay him for his service, but he refused to accept my money. Then he followed up by phone to make sure I made it there safely! Who does that these days??!! I give Billy’s Towing and Roadside Service FIVE stars and would give more if I could.
Broke down on the way to Hurricaine clean up in our Company truck F550. Truck blew a turbo hose. No cabs, no hotels, no anything around for miles. Except gas stations. Billy came over and removed the part. Next morning after sleeping in truck he picked me up and took me to breakfast. Then proceeded to hunt down the part to fix turbo. Billy drove me all around and then when we returned to the truck... he installed the part also! Not for Billy I would of been lost. His services are very professional and I've made a friend for life. He made sure I was good at all cost.
God sent! Overheating engine on 65 and the mechanic services in Clanton worked together to send Mr. Billy to me. He was trustworthy, professional, reasonable, and exactly what I needed when I needed it. I will definitely refer his services and if I ever need roadside service I’ll definitely be using him.
Highly recommended!! Yesterday, my husband, kids and I we're traveling thru Alabama headed towards Arkansas when our car broke down. 400 miles from home in the heat. Billy was there in under 10 minutes, treated us so kindly, and had us off the road in 15 minutes or less. Then, he drove us 4, with our vehicle, all the way home to Arkansas. This man not only provides the best towing service, he's also a true gentleman. Professional, knowledgeable, and a great price- a one of a kind dude. He turned a horrible situation into something we won't forget.
