David was awesome. We live in TN and needed our daughter who attends JSU starter went out. Called David to have it towed to a shop. He picked it up next day for us and was very reasonable on price. Thank you so much for taking care of our kid and making this momma feel at ease.
My daughters in University and Ives nearby. She is terrible at taking care of her vehicles, so unfortunately for the past four years we’ve used David’s for both towing and repairs over that time. Seem very trustworthy and fair. Have gone out of there way to assist me dealing with “my daughters” issues

Had a dead battery and called David’s (after calling a few other places who couldn’t help us). They had someone here in less than an hour and got us on the road. Would definitely recommend!
My daughter's car was towed because she had parked illegally- she was definitely in the wrong. When she returned to her car, David or an employee had her car on the tow truck and was very rude to her. He demanded payment of $125 at site or she could come pick up car at shop. She did not have her purse and agreed to find transportation to the shop. At the shop, the rudeness continued and "David" refused to accept her debit card as payment for this "fee". I am by no means excusing her actions of parking illegally, I am pointing out that this company appears to be gouging students who are foolish enough to land in their web. Their cash only policy for this fee makes me feel that maybe they are not claiming this as income. For a college student $125.00 is a sizeable amount. I warn students to avoid this situation-stay out of the sleazy Park Place II parking lot and avoid David's Wrecker service at all costs... I do believe that the IRS needs to be alerted to this cash only practice-gouging college students is below the belt - this business is corrupt!
Extremely friendly people! My friend and I traveled to Jacksonville for JSU concert and my car overheated. They were able to find problem and fix my car the same day to get us back home.
I was brushed off, threatened, and left in danger of having a life threatening convulsive episode because of this company. This business towed my car and when I asked to retrieve it they said I would not be allowed to for almost 5 hours. I was threatened with being arrest for trespassing when I said I would just walk to and wait at the tow lot until they opened and the employee hung up on me. I called again and was told that if I continued calling they would add fines because I was interrupting the employees sleep. The only problem is I am epileptic and my medication was in my car and need to take a dose within the next 3 hours to not be in danger of having a seizure.
This guy took an insurance job for my agency idk if you know how that works but they put the job out and the wrecker grabs it. Both times this guy tried to charge me fo3 overages the ins was already gonna pay him for. Smh. What a con man.
I hit my car against an other one and I had to bring it to David place to fix it because it was emotionally dear to me , they were very nice and honest about everything in it , they did a very good job fixing it and pricing everything , definitively the best place to go when u need it for your car ! Thank you guys !
They were helpful just busy so took a while. I do recommend going to auto zone first to check your computers. I was told the same thing at auto zone and it was free.
