This is the most unprofessional establishment I have ever had the privilege to deal with. The owner is very rude and has cost us over$1200 worth of repairs for what he said would be simple fix. He destroyed parts the essentially had no issues to begin with and then claimed the parts were Broken when we took them to him. If there is any other option for repair elsewhere I suggest you take it there or it will cost you in the long run.
Best work in town, well family owned business. Talk to Jay. I came 10 minutes before closing and this young man brought me right up to the shop. Thanks 10/10 recommend to your friends.
About the rudest disrespectful and crookedest business in town. lady that works in office is very rude and disrespectful to people would not take my vehicle to them for anything if Google had a negative five -⭐ I give it to them people beware
These guys are first rate. Professional. Trustworthy. Best in town. Even have their own paint shop on site where they can match ANY color scheme you need. Highly recommend to anyone
I would give less than 1 star if possible. The owner of this shop has to be the rudest, most unprofessional business owner I have ever dealt with in this business in over 10 years. He appears to have anger issues and I am frankly surprised his business is still open. If you are needing a car repair I would take my vehicle anywhere except his shop.
Excellent body work. The time that it took to get parts and do the work was exceptional. Unfortunately, work was done on our vehicle that wasn't originally quoted nor agreed to and no one communicated with my husband or me before performing the work. They replaced a perfectly good bumper and charged 600+ more than quoted. The owner was not there the day he knew we'd be picking it up. We felt avoided and ignored and we won't be using their services in the future.
Very friendly and courteous service. Mr Franklin explained all parts and repairs before performing service. I would definitely recommend them to anyone.
My experience at F&S was very timely and resourceful, because of Mr. Franklin's professionalism and dedication to his business and community I was worried free about making arrangements of rental car, auto parts or any other tedious paperwork. My family has done business with F&S for as long as I can remember and they've always treated us fairly and done what they promised. I had my baby bring her car there from Birmingham so they can give us an honest price and time-line and that's exactly what they done.

They were very friendly. They also got done very quick. They did an awesome job repairing the extensive damage my wife's car had due to a tree falling on it. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a good body shop.

If I could give a 0 I would, and if I could post a video I would. They towed my fiancé and I car last night, we went to pick it up today and its ruined! It’s a all wheel drive and you’re supposed to tow those cars on a flat bed. The guy that towed it admitted that he towed it with the front tires up and back tires down. Confronted the owner and he said “if you take it to Nissan and tell them that we messed it up they will laugh it your face.” Well we took it there and they said they’re about positive that that’s how it was messed up. They will be checking Monday. But we know our car was not messed up before it was towed. Horrible service as well as the owner tried “shouldering up” to my fiancé.
wonderful !!!! Number one in every category. had great customer service, got my vehicle back to me a day early, and explained why they had to fix my truck the way they did and wanted me to understand what I needed to do to keep my truck from ever having this problem again. It was a great experience all around.
Owned and operated by very considerate people who do great work and go above and beyond for complete customer satisfaction. They care for my vehicles as if they were there own and I will definitely use them again if the need ever arises in the future.
Took my wife's car here to have door replaced after it was hit . Clear coat is peeling off already, the door they used to replace it has problems and has since day one. I would not take anything here to be fixed ever again. I can provide pictures if necessary .

They went beyond their job and done some extra stuff aside from what I was there for! My car looked so good when I picked it up that I was actually excited to drive it again! Definitely 5 stars!
This was my third time here trying to get an estimate for body work and paint on my sports car. No one had a a mask at no time. My 3rd time in the owner told me I can't come in without a mask. I had just been there watched them deal with customers with no mask. My last visit the owner is sitting in the front near door eating..smh. telling me tou can't come in here without a mask. You don't have one on your receptionist don't have one and the 2 other times no one had one. Not to mention no sign on door. It was the way he looked at me. I left but called back. The receptionist informed me that they just put a sign out on front door. Coronas been around now for how long? Was it me...that made you adapt a new safety protocol. Unprofessional ignorant and nasty. I will take my business to professionals
