I went up Thursday morning and took a gearbox for core, they gave me 25. Was a fair price and I had a second one from the truck I sold so I went home to get, easy money in my pocket.
The second gearbox was brand new and I only got 15? I ask him why and dude, ‘That’s what she said to pay, so that what I’ll give.’
Who’s she? What? How are identical items getting different prices when I brought them the same day? Literally only 30 mins apart.
I feel I was treated like a thief, at least that’s what it feels like; because after selling my 2nd gearbox the lady at the counter asked me to let her take a picture.
They would not let me scrap my HVAC. I had warranty information for air conditioner with contractor which included model and serial number ,my my info, and the model and installation of the HVAC. When to talk to management, but they just stared at me through the glass while talking on the cell phone. After 10minutes of waiting, I called another scrap yard that accepted the paperwork. Will not be using them!anymore and do not recommend them .
Everyone went to lunch with me in the yard so there was nobody here to weigh us out. The young man at the weigh station told us he’d be right back to help us unload and then took off to lunch. They just told us we had to wait 30 minutes until they get back from lunch. I can’t believe these people. Unprofessional and all out pathetic. DO NOT RECOMMEND!! I’ll be taking my business somewhere else.
This is the worst place ever. People are rude and impolite. Went to lunch while we were dumping our scrap and now we sitting here waiting on them to come back from lunch. Who does that?
Always been like family to me....they always smiling when i come thru and I'm always smiling when i leave out! I recommend them to anyone wanting to make a few extra $$$$!
Will Never go here again. Just sat waiting to be helped for over an hour after being told there was no one ahead of me so should be the wait will be 5min. Never got so much as acknowledged after that. Finally just left because I felt o disrespected and unimportant. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE!!
