I already had one issue with their driver back in 2022 denting my radiator and cracking my front bumper on my 2018 Chevy equinox… now today I locked myself out of the truck ( company truck driver ) my company wouldn’t answer their call nor mine and this woman decides to threaten ME for theft of services… I am a company driver NOT a owner operator… then said she’ll refund money after company finally paid here it is hour later I don’t see my money back in the account… definitely seeking a lawyer
My car broke down on the interstate and my road side service contacted y'all. Cody called to let us know he was on the way. He arrived quickly, loaded us up along with the car so we could see about getting it repaired. He was nice and helpful. We appreciate your help in our time of need.
Blew a boat trailer bearing on I65 south of Montgomery that required a tricky tow. After half a dozen run-a-rounds with others I was recommended to this company who came out and got the job done promptly, professionally, and at a fair price. These guys are the real deal.
AAA scheduled them to pickup vehicle for me to deliver to repair shop. Dispatcher very professional. The wrecker driver was very courteous and efficient. Their equipment was clean and everything appeared well organized. Would recommend.

10pm traveling from B’Ham to the coast with my mom and infant when we had a blowout outside of Greenville. Our service tech, Vince, was there within 25 minutes, educated us on what happened, swapped us to the spare, and had us back on the road. Kind, polite, and efficient. The owner, Ken, is top notch as well. Thank you all!
I was driving from Florida to Montgomery for my daughters soccer tournament and had a flat tire. Not only was Till’s service there within 30 minutes they went above and beyond to help me find a place that has the certain tire and get it replaced same day!

We had a blowout on the interstate and they came immediately to help. We were still a long distance from home and was using a spare tire. The service person followed all the way to our turnoff exit to make sure we made it okay. We were driving very slowly and he stayed right behind us. He went way beyond his job. I highly recommend them.

My car died on the side of the interstate last week while on the road from Mobile Al to Chattanooga TN. AAA arranged a tow for me, Cody was there in under 30 minutes. He was so professional and friendly, and he allowed us to ride with him the 150 miles back to Mobile when I couldn't find an available rental car. I highly recommend them! You won't be disappointed. If I ever need a tow service in this area these are the people I am calling. I was broke down on the interstate at 3 in the morning it only took them 20 minutes to get to me course me a great price and gave me excellent service. Even knew where to take me when I asked. These people are awesome. Great Hometown service add a friend price.
Got these guys through my insurance provider and they were great. Called me immediately and I had to change from a service truck to a tow truck and they still got out there unbelievably quick. Quick and professional.
10-21-22 My Rv through a rod on the highway. 10-24-22 Got these guys to send a wrecker out to tow me to a local repair shop. They sent out Tyler who was very friendly and very thorough hooking my RV up. Definitely would recommend it to anyone who broke down needing a tow
These guys saved our vacation! We were headed from Tennessee to Florida and had a blowout on the interstate on our pop-up camper trailer. I googled Mobile tire repair and their name came up. Reviews were good so I called them. They sent two guys out right away and, thanks to them, we were not standing on the interstate for long. It was a hot day and this incident only put us back an hour and a half (and they were 30 minutes away). These guys were honest, friendly, reasonable, efficient and fast. I would recommend them and would definitely use them again. I have pictures I was going to include but I don’t see a place to add any photos. Five stars from Tennessee. Gotta go leave a review on their Facebook wall now.
I purchased gas in Greenville on Sunday 4/17/22, and it was contaminated with water. Myself and several others who purchased gas there all broke down shortly after that, some didn't even make it out of the parking lot. I wanted to thank Tills for picking me up and hauling my truck 120 miles to Daphne. Very quick response, and professional. Thanks to the owner who picked us up, and had plenty of good conversation. I had been stranded between the exit ramp and I65 since 10pm. AAA was able to get anyone local to tow me off. Fortunately, Alan and Wayne were dispatched around 4am. They quickly realized that it was an issue that could be fixed locally and towed me.to a mechanic. Not only that, but Wayne found my debit card I had been searching for. Thank you!!
These are the rudest people ever! My mom had an accident in Greenville on a Friday night. We told the driver to take the car to Joe Hudson and he said okay. My mom left a few things in the car so my husband dropped by to pick them up. Ken told him she needed to sign a release. I had never heard of a release so I called the claims department and they said they have never heard of that. I called Till's and spoke with a lady who was extremely rude. She said they were never informed on where to take the vehicle. I told her that is not correct. We gave the driver instructions. We went back and forth for a while and she finally said they will have the car there by either the end of the day or first thing in the morning. I told her we need it done today because that is what they said they would do. With an attitude she hung up. I called back and asked her what was her name and she asked why do I need to know that? I said because I want to talk to someone about how you just talked to me. She said with a little laughter.. I'm the manager it doesn't get any higher than me. I said there is an owner right. She said yes but he is not in and that goes through me too. I said well I will keep calling up there until I speak to him because he needs to know how you talk to customers. Shortly after Ken calls and states the same thing. They never got instructions and I told him that was not true. He said they need a release and I said ok send me the form and we will get it sent over. He said we just need her to call us and tell us where to take it. If he had said that this morning she could have called earlier. Can you say "storage fees." I have NEVER written a bad review on anyone because I know how people lie on reviews but I had to do one. I provide customer service every day and I don't talk to people that way even when they are upset about something. And to be rude because you dropped the ball is unacceptable.
Debbie and Chris were great! We were helping a college student from out of retrieve her things from her car that was totaled outside of Greenville. Response was quick and professional. We broke down on I-65 with a camper on Easter. Called Tills and they were there in about a hour, towed vehicle and camper to a local parts store per my choice where I could get radiator to fix it. Fair rates and took very good care of my camper/SUV. Great, honest people, highly recommend!!
