Picked up my truck in a VERY timely manner and delivered it and me to the GMC dealer in Ozark who repaired my vehicle. Suzy was remarkable and very knowledgeable. Great service and affordable.

My grandkids broke down in Guntersville and they came and picked up the van. The only problem I had with them is he didn't bring him to the house. The van was running hot and misfiring. He stop at the end of a long drive way and put him out . I'm sorry that's just wrong you got paid to bring him and the van to the house.
The owner David was so nice and helpful I was stuck at gas station for 3 hours waiting on triple A I had a blow out it was on a Sunday evening everything was close a near by resident called David the owner of heart of Dixie towing he said he will be there to change my tire and get me back on the road thank God for him bc Triple A never came but the Heart of Dixie towing sure did thanks for helping me and being so nice...service was excellent for a low price
It was a Sunday afternoon. I was driving back home from Mexico Beach, Florida. As I was traveling through Blount County my tire low air warning came on. I looked up emergency road service wreckers & found Heart of Dixie 24 hours service. I was able to drive to their shop. On my arrival they stopped their current task. Immediately they dismounted my tire, removed a metal spike from the tread, & patched the hole. I was on way in less than an hour. They only requested a small fee for their work. I appreciate their help & would highly recommend their services.
Do not ever use this company. I have had a personal encounter with the owner himself. And he is a grade A P.O.S that likes to overcharge and rip off innocent people. Charged me 200 dollars to drive 15 minutes from his shop and my car wasn’t even on his truck yet. This man has no decency or values.
