Purchased a fender from this location a couple weeks ago. Representative was able to quoted me the fender and shipping fees + tax. Price was agreed and paid for same day. A day later the I got a called and was told the transaction will have to be cancelled because the shipping was going to cost an extra $110 from the agreed price. Since I really needed this item I had no other choice but to buy it. After receiving the item, the box was measured and quoted with the same shipper an it did not cost no where near what I was charged. I also noticed you are a eBay seller and shipping fender should be accurate to begin with. Overall I am rating you a 3 star for the quality of the part and shipping time. Would of given you a 5 star if I didn't get jacked on the transaction.

Went to get a drive shaft for my daughter and ended up spending more because they had great prices and service. Definitely use them for all my salvaged parts needs

Integrity and premium customer service is what you can expect from this company, especially if you are dealing with Butch. He and Joe at the Panama City shop are the best. After a repair gone wrong with another company, Butch stepped in. He worked tirelessly and stayed in touch with updates through the entire proces. Seriously, these guys are the best.

Professional and polite staff which is hard to find in scrapyards. Offered a fair price for my Nissan Titan. Was in and out in 10 minutes. Would definitely visit again if the need arises.

Grade A customer service. All the guys up here are great. I was stranded out of town with a blown tire on a vehicle I was towing and these guys got me going again. Mr. Butch, and Mr. Joe hung around with me after hours to make sure I got back on the road when I know they were ready to head home for the day. Super appreciative of them, and I can tell they really do care about their customers. ABSOLUTELY the only place to get quality used parts,,the people were extremely knowledgeable and courteous. The manager,Butch Harvell understood I was in a hurry to get back out of town and had to leave on Saturday and not only found me a rear end for my truck, but immediately pulled it and had it ready for me by the time I got there,,in and out in 15 min. AMAZING..thank you councilman of Spanish Fort.

Always had a great experience here finding quality parts for all my vehicles. And the fact that most parts come with a warranty is a plus. Better prices than most wholesale online dealers.

Quite proud of their parts, read the find print on their "lifetime warranty", not really lifetime anything. But I will say they have most any hard to find item available. If not on site they have one at another site and can get it quickly.

Just would like to tell your customers who can't make it to your yard, that your parts are for sale on eBay. I wish your staff know that to tell people instead of wasting time on phone getting the run around. By the way it would help to update your Address on Car-Parts.com; it shows that you guys are located in Midway, Florida.

If you don’t need a body panel, a motor something expensive this place is a waste of your time and the guy here that works up front very short and unpleasant wouldn’t recommend

Got a fender and mirror. Could have bought a new fender cheaper online. Fender also has a small dent in it.

I called and was assured that my part was in stock AND ready for pickup So when I arrived at 4:53 to buy it, I was told me come back tomorrow ? Really ? I needed it tonight ! This just lost you the sale and your word

Ok place, sorta expensive though for used parts. Gotta make sure that you have the right part before you leave. They are human and subject to make mistakes, great atmosphere though and great employees that will help in any way possible.

This is a fantastic facility that is very well organized and managed. The hardworking staff treats every customer with value and strives to provide the best customer service possible. Great company and great workers!

I only gave them a 1-star rating because I can't give them zero stars. I have been in the automotive business for decades, and you're completely wasting your time even calling these idiots. If you're looking for salvaged auto parts, don't look here - they don't sell them.
