This is a family-owned and operated business ! Not only do they offer very reasonable prices, but the owner is incredibly helpful and worked closely with me to ensure my needs were met. I'm deeply grateful for their exceptional service. They are family-oriented and have warm personalities. The owner and his daughter are both wonderful to work with, making the experience even more enjoyable. I cannot express enough gratitude. He is hard working and was willing to come after hours to help. I called him about a million times and not once had he had a bad attitude. Always positive and willing to help out
Shaun arrived less than 30 minutes after I broke down on I10. He was professional and friendly from start to finish. I highly recommend Mo's. It is never good to be stranded on the highway, but when it happens good people and great service are far better than other options. Mo's Towing certainly provided both.
I had the best experience if you can call it that. Broke down on the side of the road at my mother-in-laws house. The shifter was free would not engage the transmission. Called a truck was sent and he helped me get it into gear. Home now.

Shaun is a kind and friendly person who, although unable to install the spare tire himself, went out of his way to take me to two different locations to get it fixed. I truly appreciate that he didn’t give up on helping me—his support meant a lot.
First off. The office building here is NOT used. As we discovered. Their actual office, if there is one, it's not even remotely close to the storage lot.
Sadly, I wrecked my car and had to rely on this company (PD picked them). It honestly wouldn't have mattered as the car was totaled. I did appreciate that they have a fence lot. And good guard dogs. They are very vocal.
After calling that morning and being told we could clear my car off belongings after their meeting (that would be done at 1) we said we would be there promptly. I called on 3 separate times after 1pm, confirming they were there to let us in. First time "meeting was running over". Second time, he hadn't even left the offsite office. The third time, he was "5 minutes away." He arrived closer to 40 minutes after we were told we could be there. Thankfully, signing the release and clearing of my car was quicker than the waiting beforehand.
Shein was the man he helped us so much! My tire popped heading back to Foley and he got my truck up brought it to the tire place and even drove it into the garage for them to work on it. Can't find this nice of people nowadays!
My car broke down on I10 in between Florida and Alabama. Considering the amount of time it would take anyone to get to me, MO’s got there fast. Hunter treated my car like his own and is a cool guy. He is personable, friendly, easy to talk to and a great driver.

My daughter in law was in a very bad accident that was not her fault she was hit from behind she’s 19!!! These people are over the top RUDE and we did not call them the police did to have her vehicle towed. I know alot of people who use this tow service that won’t be anymore because of how they chose to treat my family!!! BAD CHOICE MO TOWING shame on YOU for treating kids badly over the phone!
This company was great! The truck showed up within 10 min and actually beat me back to the location it needed to go! Great work! I think the tow truck driver was named Robert and he was awesome! Thank you!
Following a near-fatal motorcycle accident in Alabama. The insurance company contacted the towing company and they took care of everything. When I was in a better state of mind I was able to talk to them they were kind caring and made sure everything was taking care of And not to worry.. Of course once the motorcycle rider was good here and enough he had a bunch of questions to ask but that would have been expected.. We recommend this company
Don't have enough help on the weekend except for the beach, we have now reached out to MO’s again with much better results. We had a tow from Bay Minette to FAIRHOPE , they were jolly on the spot. Great job Mo

Had a truck stolen and totalled. Silverhill pd took pics and sent them to us of the custom truck with sound system still installed. Mos towing worked the wreck. My husband spoke with the man and requested the truck be brought to our house. Then man said he was on his way. We waited hours for the man but he never showed. Finally the next day after charging us a storage and tarping fee they brought our truck back but no sound system. We confronted and if course they denied knowing anything about it. We filed charges yet the ball got dropped at the pd. Long story short don't do business with Mos towing unless you like being stolen from twice in one day!
Don't use these people! They are shady and deceptive in their business practices and obviously have sticky fingers! You know exactly "who we are" I posted the follow up with the pics of our truck you stole from and still to this day you haven't responded. Bad business
Had a customer lock keys up in his vehicle and I called Mo's for him. CJ got here within the amount of time they said they'd be here. We called another one around 10 am and that company never showed up. Thank you Mo's for showing up. I'll definitely will be using them if I need to.
after my wreck, i was told by the officer that when they come to pick up my car they will pick me up from the nearest gas station. they never showed up and i had to call for a ride. i find out after they charged me 100 dollars to access my car from the lot to get my things out that they steal. i left about 4 dollars in change in my car and when i got to it the money was gone along with some other minor things. i confronted them and they said that they do not go into the vehicles. if thats the case then where are my belongings?! liars and thieves. I DO NOT recommend this company!
Well it's never good when you are on the side of the road, especially in a classic car on a hot memorial weekend. After calling around and getting put on the back burner by some of the other local guys in town, I was recommended to Mo's by a friend. My call was answered on the second ring, and after a 60 second conversation, I was assured that a driver was on his way and would arrive within 20 minutes. Honestly I didn't think it was possible, but 10 minutes later I looked up to see my driver backing up to my car. I couldn't believe it. 2 minutes later Daniel was driving me to my destination. Getting my 77 vette on and off the truck was concerning to me being so low to the ground, especially with a flat tire, but Daniel made it seem like it was nothing. True professional. His truck was clean and tidy on the outside which made me feel better about having my car towed by Mo's, and it was even cleaner on the inside. He honored the quote I was given on the phone and honestly seemed happy to be helping me. I truly couldn't be happier, I wish every business was ran and operated like that. Thanks again Daniel, and thank you Mo's. I have a scheduled move coming up and you will be my only call.
As we were unfamiliar with the area, I called Mo’s randomly but they were helpful and we knew the cost before the tow began. My daughter was stuck on the highway and they were out there within the hour. Daniel was the person that answered the call and he was very nice, talked with her the drive back and quickly took care of getting her back to someplace we could get the car looked at.
I will recommend this company to any and everyone who needs a tow. They were extremely friendly. Was told on the phone that the tow should be at my location within 25 minutes, they got there in about 15. Did I mention they were super friendly? I’m very pleased with the service I received today. I will definitely use them again
They're great I called them around midnight and someone was there in 15 to 20 minutes. They are very friendly. I will use them again when I need a tow.
What can I say about Mo's Towing? They completely turned a bad situation into a much better one. We are so grateful for Ms. Karen as she orchestrated the help we needed and by the time we left our car's were fixed and we were on the road again. I'm forever in debt to Ms. Karen, her son-n-law, grandson and the man at the Motorbike shop next door. Thank you to all of you for being there and turning our bad day into a great day!
