I brought my 2014 Kia optima in here today I had a check engine light I thought it was the end of the world they fixed my car I'm not a car person so I don't know how to say what was wrong with it but they found out what was wrong with it ASAP put some bolts in it fixed it cleared out the codes and I was back on the road again I had just drove like 300 miles I was on a long trip but they got me going at a very good price I was in and out no appointment they saved the day 💪🏻🥰
Had a lot of work done on a car that was left unused for over a year. Junior's got it running again in a timely manner and kept me updated with notes from the mechanics every step of the way.
Very reasonable prices. You can buy your parts elsewhere (if the price is better than what they can order) and have them do the installation work - they have no issue with this.
Knowledgeable. Clean place,friendly people. Good prices great work. I won't go anywhere else. It's hard to find good ,honest. Hard working people, you'll find them at Junior's Garage.
The only place I’ve used to work on my 22 year old 4runner since I moved to Jackson! Always honest and do a wonderful job and very friendly and informative. If you gotta wait a while to get your car services it’s because everyone takes their car to Juniors to get fixed. Glad Robert is back too!
Took 2000 Buick in for anti-thief module because car wouldn't crank. Took there and was repaired. But had to return. The minute I walked in the door Robert assured me that I wouldn't have to pay a cent. That took a lot of stress off. Great mechanics(Walt) worked on my car. Customer for life
Only take your vehicle here if you don't need it for several weeks. Also be prepared to take it to a real mechanic to actually have your repairs done. The staff is friendly. But that's the only positive thing I have to say about this place
Paid 800$ To get my axles replaced, along with control arms, sway bars, and window regulators. Few miles later, my transmission is leaking. They didn’t instal the axies correctly, and the mechanic broke something on my door panel . I assume this happened while working on the window issue. Won’t bring my Cadillac back here, and I don’t recommend this shop.
Great service! Fixed the A/C in my Cadillac SRX! I like that the mechanic came and told me what was wrong in a detailed report. Definitely will use this garage again, if needed.
